journaling again
I wanted to share a quick update on why I’ve been a bit quiet lately. The past few weeks pulled me into a mix of personal responsibilities, mental reset, and re-evaluating my direction. I realized I was moving fast but not always with intention — and I needed to pause, reflect, and realign. This time away helped me identify what truly matters in my growth journey, both professionally and personally. I’ve been working quietly behind the scenes, learning, planning, and rebuilding my focus so I don’t just return busy — but return aligned. Now, I’m back with clearer goals, stronger discipline, and a deeper appreciation for consistency. I’m genuinely excited to resume this journey, reconnect, contribute, and grow alongside all of you again. ready to learn — properly this time.

Journal Entry — “Being a Beginner Feels Heavy"
Today I realized something difficult looking at my daily journal feels hard because it shows me where I’m struggling. It points at all the areas I feel I’m lacking, and maybe that’s why I’ve been avoiding it. I thought journaling would be easy, but it’s not. It forces me to face things I usually ignore. I'm trying to be consistent, but I’m also carrying too much at once — learning new skills, trying to start freelance work, managing house responsibilities, kids’ school, and my own emotional ups and downs. It feels like everything around me is already settled and perfect, and I’m the only one starting from zero. Sometimes it seems like there’s no room left for beginners, and continuing feels really heavy. I’m learning to accept that this phase is hard because I’m growing. And growth doesn’t look clean - Also I need advice on how to to continue on certain areas And is there a possibility to talk to somebody privately who understands this stuff. I need to get some stuff sorted out.

Day 6 of journaling
Today was a calm but productive learning day. I spent time practicing my editing and focusing on getting smoother with the basics. Along with that, I did some internet surfing for useful tips and tricks—just exploring what other editors recommend to improve speed and creativity. I also watched a couple of videos from Skool, which gave me new insights and small ideas I can try in my next practice session. Nothing too overwhelming, just steady progress. Each day I feel myself understanding things a little better. Slow steps, but all in the right direction.

@Mueen Khan Khattak yesterday was not that productive and I gave less time to it Today was Muuuch much better than yesterday... iam still at it practicing and all
Besides editing practice
What should I do along side practicing editing I have already made my profile on upwork Should I start sending proposals or should I first practice more?
Day 5 of journaling
Today was mostly spent helping my mother with different things throughout the day. I couldn’t get to my editing practice like I planned, but that’s okay. I’m keeping the commitment by practicing at night instead. I’m hoping to get a solid session in from 11 PM to around 2 AM. Even if the day got busy, I’m still showing up for my goals — and that’s what important i think
