As we enter the offseason I was curious as to what other guys did as they prepared to start training? Did you have an idea of what you wanted to work on or did you go in and just work like you always have? For me I would always keep a journal of how I felt through out the season and would write down what I thought I could improve on. That way I wasn't going into the off season completely blind. I was lucky enough to be around great strength coaches my entire career with Phil Wallin and Zach Dechant. That was a plus not having to think about the programming and what was needed, they were are a real asset. The rest was up to me and putting in the work day in and day out. For the younger athletes on here I want you to think about if you're doing all you can to be your best? The thing I never wanted in my career was to look back and wish I had done more, that way when I was done I knew I did all I could. What you do in the winter shows up in the summer, plan accordingly.
