Q&A Call Canceled Tomorrow
Hey ya'll! So sorry for late notice, but due to travel plans, I'll be unable to facilitate the Q&A call tomorrow. Feel free to jump on without me if you feel like it, though! See you next week 💪

Suggested Vs Browse
My question is when you guys are strategizing how do you think about getting the most out of both the Browse and Suggested algorithms? Our strategy is very suggested heavy due to most clients making very long form content but there seems to have been a shift recently making it harder.

YOUTUBE SHORTS
YOOOO who has an educational channel that is CRUSHING IT with youtube shorts that they can drop in the comments? :)

We actually saw shorts hurting most of my clients long form (we had one exception) so we stopped shorts with clients. Everyone had better numbers afterward. Just my 2 cents. (works if it's a separate channel though)
Wazz up!
Hey everyone, I’ve been working in the YT strategy space since 2020. Worked with clients everywhere to PA’s in the medical marajuana space, supplements, marketing agencies, Fortune 500 companies, but now focus on thought leaders/podcast/best selling authors. I love powerlifting chilling with my wife and kids and just enjoying the life! Currently working on building a close knit mastermind group where we get together in Mexico each year and building up the business. Favorite fruit is pineapple 💯 💪🏼.

Thoughts On YouTube's A/B Thumbnail Tester?
What's everyone's opinion on using YouTube's in-house thumbnail split tester? I've heard mixed opinions since its release, and thought Wono's thread about it was an interesting read. In the past, I've run into instances of it picking a "winner", only for views to flatline until I manually override it with what my gut says and the video's growth suddenly returns to a healthy trajectory. Do you guys use it? Use a 3rd party split testing tool? Or manually switch out packaging and read the data yourself? Personally, I'm in the latter camp until I know that the kinks have been worked out. BTW I made my intro post before the fruit part was added so I'll have to retroactively answer with mandarins 😁

I really hate that YT launched the tool without a real way to read the metrics in an easy manner. I have an in house tool I use but TubeBuddy is way better. You actually get a way to review all of the metrics and see trends. I don’t waste time with YT’s tool. I think they could do it better than anyone else but are probably 2 years behind unless they make a big push to improve it.
