Has anyone experienced live chat not firing for returning web visitor? The first live chat session is fine but if the person refresh the page (or accidentially lose connection) the live chat does not record any conversation inside gohighlevel conversation tab. If they go into incognito it will work again.
I am currently using Vapi. It is a solid platform and reasonably priced. The turnaround time for implementation is pretty quick. I have automated a lot through their API. I tried consolidata. I bought tokens and have never been ably to use. Using vapi and make at the moment. Its a learning curve, but well worth it. I am making up to 800 cold calls a day. Getting ready to setup voicemail drops in ghl and direct the inbound voice to vapi, This should reduce expenses by a lot
I have a ghl agency account so I am not using a sub account from russ, Anyone know if there is a way to add multiple bots to a live chat bots to a single sub account. I need to put one on a main page and i need a different on on a sales funnel. I have been looking at triggers, just cant quite put the flow and triggers together in my mind to make it work
I have sold 2 chat bots this week and now am working on the sale of a inbound voice assistant. I am using vapi for the 1st voice bot as I could not get account issues resolved in time to test consolidata. Will start playing with consolidata voice this week and may switch them over if it tests good. Keep at it folks, It will all come together.
Yes, I am not impressed with the voice of consoladata. It worked great when first created, but not reliable or duplicatable. Everyone done on vapi has performed flawless. I was hoping this would work to eliminate a step to get to ghl. I will be testing voiceflow next week for the chat bots as well since I am looking for more data driven solutions.
