Anyone else having issues with their contacts loading? Taking for ever..... Happening since yesterday.

We are looking at offering voicebots however don't want to lose goodwill with our clients. Has anyone got voicebots working without them stopping midway conversation?

What are you looking for? All the person said was "show me" on a call to action to demo the bot. Suggestions?
