Hi. I am having an issue where my vapi voice AI bot is not getting info from the go high level calendar check availability tool. I have deleted the assistant, the tools, disconnected, even created a whole new sub acct in GHL. Then recreated everything from scratch. I can’t solve the issue. And it was working fine before. Can anyone help with this?

I've been a paid member for a long time and get derailed with other things and I've caught up and am ready to jump in building bots. But there's a lot of content here and in the old group and I'm confused on what to focus on. Can you give us a general idea of what's what and where it is? I was thinking of jumping in and plowing through but then I realized it's probably better to get some direction on what's the most new/relevant items so I can focus on those to get up and running. Hey guys! I have vapi up with the outgoing calls. I'm trying to get the variables like loan amount and home value back into ghl custom contact fields. I've been on claude and gpt edited the prompt, vapi api tool, setup everything but its still not extracting the information and transferring it into ghl contact fields. Anyone figure this out yet? Would deeeeply appreciate it

@Russ Ward Saw your video and it sounded like you were using Vapi just for outbound calls? You using GHL for the bots and incoming now?
