As you guys know I don't waste any time launching offers. I started running ads to my new REI offer at midnight last night and already have five leads in for just over $2 per lead. Two booked appointments for Monday already. What made the biggest difference for me? The back end - the AI. So while I'm no longer going to focus primarily on AI for "any business" I can show time after time how AI handling followup and appointment setting is the biggest game changer for a business with inbound leads. I'm going to let this run through the weekend and I'll report back again Monday. If it keeps crushing I'll do a training on what I'm doing and show you how to do it too.

After the deep dive, I did on my own business and wondering why it wasn’t making as much money as I thought it should be or growing as rapidly as the amount of work I was putting in I started to see all kinds of reasons from many different source sources. The biggest one I pointed out in a recent video I made was because I was trying to be a generalist and not niching down. But after watching this video, I can see there are so many other reasons. If you are selling AI in any capacity, you’ll want to watch this video so you can see how to avoid going out of business. The key point that hit home most with me was she talks about how with AI many people lead with the technology and then they find a problem to solve with it. And I think we’ve all done that. Just installed the vapi voice ai. I noticed when booking appointments. There is a long pause. Like 40-sec or more and I have to engage again for it to answer. This was testing it in Vapi, perhaps because I didn't have it connected with the calendar yet. @Russ Ward
