This took me an awful lot of time and I now want to set up an automatic cold email system for that in combination with pitchlane and instantly. Below you can see the statistics of 240 manual looms. LVR = Loom View Rate PRR = Positive Reply Rate ABR = Appointment Booking Rate I watched the insider method mini course and there Jay says that it is not useful to send videos as the first mail due to spam. Just by sending these videos I got a lot of positive feedback that they are overloaded with emails but this was the first decent email by adding a video. My niche is gyms, SGPT and PT studio's in the Netherlands. The niche has under 10k TAM so not a very big niche. My question: what is the best way to approach this? I tend to add a video in the first mail though because the manual numbers have shown that it works.

I am trying to sell AI automation services for businesses with 5-10 employees in the U.S.. I am looking for 3 case studies, but I don't know how can I get solid replies in here (I only got 1 reply and it was an "unsubscribe" one). The niches I have picked are (accounting, finance, construction, real estate, facilities), and it seems like they are not receptive to emails. Is the problem the niche? Or the copy?
