Came home around 4:00 p.m. and decided to close all tasks and commitments for the day. Needed to pause and take care of myself.Had lunch 🍽️ and then went to the doctor because I was running a fever 🤒. After coming back, I took proper rest and slept for a few hours. Recovery first.Woke up around 9:00 p.m., feeling a bit better and mentally lighter.
