Day 2. Daily Journal. challenge: get 1 web design client this month
One thing I want to remember about today: I know now that I should focus on low hanging fruit(clients) that are on Upwork and that need work asap that's the best place for me to get my first few clients. What time did I sleep last night and when did I wake up? I slept at 10.p.m and wake up at 6: 15 a.m. I slept for almost 8 hours My weekly goals: get at least one website design client in the week. My monthly goals: get at least 3 clients for web design or Earn 30K PKR this month. Yearly Goals: earn consistent income from my website design service and try to be a business's developer so I can expand my services and earn more from doing freelance work. Current progress: I saw the video on the process of getting freelance web design clients as a beginner and this is the process I am following for now: the link to those notes is: https://limewire.com/d/Pg4k8#vPFSvccO5r that's the high level of it: Build demo websites . Find bad/no websites . Get them on a call . Close monthly - Repeat Reminders: avoid the Noice in the ai space and keep building and showing. Follow few genuine people on social media to get daily updates from ai. Start small and trick your mind to achieve the consistency: Katre Katre Seh Darya Banta Hai. try to block the time so you will not feel nothing is done after spending hours believe in yourself because the bird beliefs that even if the branch is broken then still it can fly and save himself from falling. development: find the person. appreciate his work and be likeable and ask questions. Day Start Section Most Important 1-3 Tasks: [Task 1]: watch Setting Realistic Goals in Freelancing video from learn smart freelancing classroom. (did not completed yesterday but try to do this today) [Task 2]: watch campus x Claude series video (Claude + Mcp Explain) 49 minutes video [Task 3] Post 1 Learning on LinkedIn. What I don’t want to do today: * Wasting time watching irrelevant YouTube videos (I am exploring ways to fix this issue)

Web Developer: Struggling to find niche (help me)
nothing is fitting for me in this: a. long term clients. b. high Paying clients. c. high demand clients right now. d. which clients posting the most jobs. e. current trending methods. Who I am & What I am currently doing I am a beginner dev and don't have any clients or real experience yet and currently learning and finding clients and ICP in full stack developer and still learning the tools and skills in full stack development, I know how to create custom web design like landing pages and marketing pages and I also know authentication with authjs, better auth, clerk authentication, and I also know about How to integrate emails sending like Resend for sending mails for example when user signup's if the subscribe to anything or lead closes and form submissions and automated emails like that in website and also know payments connections like stripe, polar.sh for getting paid for clients and I also know about AI integrations like building ai chatbots and rag chatbots and ai workflows using Lang chain and Lan graph.

Notes Javascript Day 3
Today, I strengthened my understanding of JavaScript functions, including function declarations, function expressions, and modern ES6 arrow functions. I learned how to define reusable blocks of code, pass parameters, return values, and simplify logic using concise arrow syntax. I also explored the key differences between regular functions and arrow functions, especially how this behaves in each case. Additionally, I practiced using functions with array methods like map() to write cleaner and more efficient code. This class improved my confidence in writing structured and reusable JavaScript logic.

My 1st Client Project (10k PKR). Did I do okay?
Parso ki baat hai, ek WhatsApp group mein mujhe apna pehla client mila. Actually, wahan kisi ne ek job post ki hui thi, toh main ne socha apply kar ke dekh leta hoon. Maine bas apne kuch demo projects show kiye unhe... I think unko mera kaam pasand aa gaya shayad, kyunke unho ne project dekhe aur fauran hi mujhe kaam de diya. Yeh basically ek loan website thi. Mujhe achi tarah pata tha ke 10k is website ke liye bohut kam hain... I mean, sach mein kafi kam the jitna kaam isme tha. Lekin phir main ne socha ke yeh mera bilkul pehla project hai, toh portfolio banane ke liye shayad kabhi kabhi thora compromise karna parta hai. Main bas kisi bhi tarah isko karna chahta tha experience ke liye. Khair, yeh website main ne banai hai client ke liye: https://apnaqarz.com/ Isme domain waghera aur hosting, wo sara setup bhi maine khud hi karke diya hai. Agar skool community mein koi developers hain, toh unke liye thori technical details bata deta hoon. Domain maine Cloudflare se li thi... aur deployment ke liye Vercel use kar raha hoon kyunke wo generally best rehta hai aisi cheezon ke liye. Technologies jo maine use ki hain wo mostly Next.js hai frontend ke liye, sath mein Tailwind CSS aur TypeScript. Backend ke liye I decided to go with Convex. Pages isme kafi sare banaye hain. Homepage, About, Contact... aur ek track page bhi hai. Track page mein basically hota yeh hai ke form submissions ko track karne ke liye, jab user apna CNIC dalta hai na, toh usko apni application ka live status pata chal jata hai. Yeh thora tricky tha shayad mere liye shuru mein, par theek se implement ho gaya. Is ke ilawa lag bhag 9 services pages bhi create kiye hain alag alag categories mein, jaise car-loan, student-loan waghera. our legal pages terms of service, privacy policy and disclaimer. Client ke side ke liye ek admin login aur pura dashboard bhi banaya hai. Pura fully working hai, taake wo wahan se easily contact submissions aur loan applications view kar sakein aur unko manage kar sakein.
