In the waiting room before the call, I ran Mel Robbins’ “Why your Morning Routine Matters”. Here are the 6 Steps she tells us are critical to starting your day right: 1) Wake up within 5 seconds of the alarm, no matter what. 2) Make the bed. 3) High five yourself in the mirror. 4) Drink a full glass of water (try to delay coffee). 5) Get natural sun light. 6) Take a 10 minute walk. I plugged my story board points into the paid version of ChatGPT and asked for a self image script. I like what I got - especially the last few lines which I will use as a daily affirmation. Sharing to encourage others to play and delight in what you hear reflected back to you! I will continue to fine tune the PDF format to get onto a single page... work in progress. I have to correct myself from this morning's study group. I said the planets in our galaxy will all be aligned on Jan 25th. After speaking with a friend today who is extremely wise in all things astronomy, he said the planets will not be truly aligned until 3052. On Jan 25th, it will be our perspective from Earth that the planets are aligned when looking at the sky. 🌠🌙
