The power of affirmations🌿
Affirmations are not just words… they are gentle reminders of who you truly are. 🌿 They help you shift your focus from doubt to trust, from fear to possibility. When you repeat affirmations with intention, you rewire your mind, step by step, to see opportunities instead of obstacles. Think about it: how often do you let negative self-talk run on repeat? 💛 I’m not good enough, I’ll never make it, others are better. That loop shapes your reality. But here’s the secret: you can change the loop. With simple, loving affirmations, you begin to create a new inner story. Try this today: stand in front of a mirror, look into your own eyes, and say: I am enough. I am worthy. I am capable. Even if it feels strange at first, keep going. 🌸 Over time, these words won’t just be things you say – they’ll become things you believe. And when you believe in yourself, everything shifts. Motivation comes easier. Decisions feel lighter. Your energy attracts new possibilities. ✨ So here’s my invitation for you: choose one affirmation today. Write it down, repeat it three times, and carry it with you throughout the day. Let it be your anchor. You’ll be amazed at the quiet strength it brings. And please, let me now the affirmation my friend 💛
🌱 Love It or Lose It: Crafting the Life You Truly Want/Need
Every year, I spend some time working on a dream board. Some of the things that go on there are related to intentions that I may have for that year. Other things are just pictures that stand out for some reason and I leave room to see how/if they show up in my life during the year. Two pictures stood out to me this morning (see below in the pictures) 💡 “Love it or lose it.” and 💡 “The first step in crafting the life you want is to get rid of everything you don’t.” ✨ Together, they remind us that our energy, time, and attention are precious resources. What we choose to keep in our lives should be rooted in love, purpose, and alignment with who we are becoming. Why this matters: - ❤️ If you love something, nurture it and let it grow. - 🗑️ If something drains you, weighs you down, takes away from other things that are important to you, or no longer serves your growth, it is okay to let it go. Maybe it's not its season or maybe it'll never be its season. - 🌿 Creating space by removing what does not belong allows room for what truly matters. - 🎯 Life becomes clearer when you stop carrying what was never meant for you (maybe part of this is realizing that this is not the season for it! It's not always an all or nothing thing. Sometimes it's a "not yet" thing) Practical applications: - 🏡 Declutter your environment and keep only what adds value or joy. - 🤝 Reevaluate relationships and invest in the ones that bring mutual growth and support; Even if things are not a 1:1 ratio (which sometimes it's not and it's okay)--evaluate the impact that the friendships have generally - 💼 Look at work or commitments. Are they aligned with your deeper goals? Is there enough space for them? - 🧘‍♀️ Examine habits and routines. Which ones move you closer to the life you want? 🔥 At its core, this principle is about intentional living: keep what you love/need, release what you do not, and watch your life transform into something lighter, freer, and more authentic.

Thank you so much for this text, it really made me think 🙏 I would like to show more love to the ones that are in my heart, by telling them or showing them on another level. 💛

@Georgiana D I like to hug the people I love. I'm good with words, so I've already written poems or just text to those people. But I'm willing to search for other ways. 🍁 In what ways I feel most cared about, is also through a hug and the words that I've meant something for someone. That they've done something through my words. That I've been an influence in their life. That's the most precious gift someone can give me. What's your answer to that question my friend? 🙏
💲17 Habits for Financial Wellness💲
I recently watched a video called “17 Tiny Habits That Made Me Rich” and wanted to share the key takeaways. (I may return to this to elaborate on each point further) *** The main message is that small, consistent habits can transform your finances and life over time. ***Some of these habits are not so small and may actually require more effort than others, though Here are some of the habits that were highlighted: 1. Create more than you consume 💡: This can be applied to multiple aspects of life--creating more sources of income and spending /consuming less; creating more time to dedicate to finances and spending less time on things that you would consider time wasters (e.g. scrolling) 2.Surround yourself with positive people/distance yourself from negative influences 🌟: Surround yourself with people that inspire growth and that encourage financial responsibility as opposed to individuals that encourage backsliding/poor habits that lead to financial loss. Additionally, we feel better around individuals with a positive mindset which contributes to generativity and higher motivation. 3.Track your wins and milestones 📝: When you visually see your wins, it's easier to gain momentum. This also impacts the brain and those little dopamine hits can be really powerful. 4.Practice gratitude regularly 🙏: Having a mindset of abundance as opposed to scarcity creates a mental space that is more positive. Negative/unhelpful thinking can keep individuals stuck and not able to see more possibilities. A mindset of gratitude allows us to see opportunities everywhere. 5.Automate savings and investments 💳: make processes easy; have some of your paycheck automatically go into savings; the more barriers you remove, the easier things are. 6.Set clear and realistic financial goals 🎯 : Think SMART goals (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, Timely: I will put $20 aside each week on Friday for the next year so that by the end of the year I have $1,120 to put towards the vacation I have planned)
