Question!
Before I head to bed I had one question that keeps lingering in my mind .Anyone who has the knowledge on this topic can answer. Why is it that some great writers or just regular people who know how to articulate and express themselves through writing aren’t like that when speaking. Their mind to muscle connection is off and they have a lot to say but just don’t know how to say it. Could it be that they’re poor communicators or that they haven’t exposed themselves enough to build that muscle to mind connection. I’m going to put myself in the spotlight and say that’s how I feel. When it comes to writing, I know how to express myself fully but the opposite is true about speaking . My siblings always tell me, you sound clear, concise and to the point when writing but completely different when speaking. I would love to hear any opinions on this and whether some could relate.

For me when I write I feel safe but talking you’re in the open, your mind begins to overthink whether its judgement or people’s opinion of you or what you’re saying. Breathing has really helped me with this as well as pausing, it calms my nervous system which helps stop my overthinking and makes me feel safe like I’m writing. Another big thing is believing what I say and knowing myself, it’s helped me feel more confident in what I talk about , I won’t second guess myself or feel unsure or doubtful about what Im talking about whether its internal thoughts l or external opinions.
How To Actually Change Your 2026 - Read This ⬇️
Most people start their year aimlessly. They set big goals and get excited, but by the time it hits the second week of January, you’re back to where you started 🔁 I’ve found ways to work around this over the last two years that I want to share with you all. If you don’t have a strategy, you will waste another year ⚠️ I’ve made a document for you all to use (I usually share this with my private community) But I believe everyone here could benefit and actually make something out of themselves this year 📄 If you do nothing else today, write your 90-day focus on one page ✍️

Thank you I will be making this today, also I made an end of year audit video that you mentioned including my goals and my intentions in life for this new year although my storage space is screaming I think my future self will look back on it and appreciate it.
Introduction
Hi everyone I joined through the live looking to get new perspectives on things like content creation and building better habits physical or emotional. I uploaded a link to my youtube channel below. At the moment I am kinda testing the waters of what I want to upload and trying different things. For reference I’m 19 trying to get into modelling, work in cybersec, I like nature and hiking/fishing, I play guitar and skate and currently training for a half marathon quite a few things but I like trying new stuff. https://youtube.com/shorts/Yjq6WEK0tUs?si=b4eQpISpSGPDYogb
