Dawg idk if it's only me but I've been doing calisthenics for a year now and at one point I've been skipping leg days, I keep giving excuses to skip it since I find it super boring and im starting to hate it ngl. I'ma work on that though just wondering if im the only person who feels this way

Yeah bro it was the same for me, it’s probably cuz the workout is boring, maybe some changes would make it fun. now I enjoy doing leg workouts.
Hey guys, I just wanna ask real quick what’s the(BEST) workout split for calisthenics, and getting a nice v taper.
Tbh I’m thinking of using this: Upper + core (day 1) Push (day 2) Legs (day 3) Pull (day 4) Full body (day 5) rest/skill work (day 6) Rest (day 7) The whole split is 3 days on 1 day off, with the full body day in the middle of the week and a skill work day at the end of the week.

Tysm guys. and I think already found my Routine, it’s kinda complicated, buts it’s going Well so far! It’s push/ pull/ legs, and core workout at the end of ANY workout Once or twice a week.
