Tbh I’m thinking of using this:
Upper + core (day 1)
Push (day 2)
Legs (day 3)
Pull (day 4)
Full body (day 5)
rest/skill work (day 6)
Rest (day 7)
The whole split is 3 days on 1 day off, with the full body day in the middle of the week and a skill work day at the end of the week.
