Be honest...do the best communities have daily posts from the host… or daily posts from the members?
I’m building this community to become a place where operators share real lessons from the field. But I’m debating something. Some people say “Post every day or the community dies.” Others say: “If the host is the only one posting, the community never becomes real.” So I’m curious what people here have seen work. When a community is healthy… who is posting the most? The host? Or the members? Would love to hear your perspective. Drop it in the comments 👇

How I grew my community 48% Last Month
So I have been trying a few different ways to grow my community. Each trail runs for a few months 2-4 and I look at the following. Traffic: This tells me which send the most traffic to my about page. Conversation: This tells me which source sends the best people for my group. Time Spent: This give me an idea on how much effort it took to generate that result. These give me the true "cost" of each follower. Currently the two trails I have done are FB ads and Skool Networking. I finished FB ads where I had a 17% conversion rate from them with $10 day spend. Currently I am networking through comments and posts with 100 people a day. This just started so it will take 3+ months to compare. What methods have you seen and what have been the tradeoffs?

How I grew my community 48% Last Month
The 2-3% of clients that are absolutely insufferable are starting to literally outweigh the 98-97% of normal ones.
Running a B2B operation, you expect the occasional nightmare client. It comes with the territory. But lately the entitled, helpless, short-fused ones are showing up more frequently and more unhinged than ever. The demands are unreasonable, the goalposts never stop moving, and no matter what you deliver it's never enough. I used to brush it off. Now it's affecting the whole business. I don't want to shut down, but I'm running out of patience. --If you have thought this Margin Makers can help. Comment below with questions.
