Appointment Setter - Call Filtering?
Hey everyone, I’ve built an AI appointment setter for a client who runs a buyers agency. It’s converting pretty well at around 30%. Right now, my call filtering works like this: - If the lead doesn’t pick up OR the call is under 15 seconds (no real engagement), the AI follows up automatically. - If the call ends abruptly mid-conversation (e.g. they hang up because they realise it’s AI), I push them into a “Human Follow Up Required” stage to be called manually. At the moment, about 30% of calls fall into that second category, which feels high. Leaving it for humans works, but I feel like I’m being lazy and losing the point of using AI in the first place. I’m curious — what do you guys do in these situations? - Do you have a different agent follow up? - Do you run them through another system? - Or do you handle it some other way? I’d love to hear how others are tackling this, because I want to maximise conversions instead of just defaulting to manual follow-up.

@Aleksandra Last Not quite, I’m more so asking how to handle appointment setting calls that didn’t really amount to anything (like a booking) due to human resistance I.e they hung up instantly or half way through call because they caught on to it being AI. Right now they are placed into a pipeline stage for “human follow up”, but I was wondering if there was a better way to go about it?
Booking into GHL calendar without contact ID?
Hey, my clients wants a virtual receptionist to book appointments in to their Google Calendar. I was planning on using GHL as an intermediary and just syncing the calendars, that way he can still see all his appointments inside our interface. But from what I can tell I can book appointments using GHL's API without a contact ID, so how do I book a new caller in over the phone if there isn't an existing contact? Or do I just have to add a create contact node in the workflow before running the HTTP request to book them in? Thanks for your help
Best way to connect clients GHL to N8N?
I'm building an appointment setter for a client that instantly calls all their web leads that submit a GHL form. This is a native GHL form hosted inside their own GHL account that they already had. I've got my head wrapped around how to connect my own GHL to Retell via N8N to book appointments, but was wondering how I can achieve this for my client. Assuming they are on the $97/Month plan could I just do the following?: 1) create a new Oauth2 credential in N8N (I do this by creating a private app, not sure if there's a better way) 2) Then when prompted to login to the agency I want it downloaded to - just send the login link to my client and have them login to their GHL agency 3) Request to be made a staff member in their GHL to build out the necessary workflows Is there a simpler way to create a credential for a client in N8N using their own GHL? And is this plan flawed at all due to API/Custom webhook workflow action limitations on the $97 plan? Thanks in advance for anyones help 🙏

My last 5 posts on LinkedIn got 98k+ impressions And booked me 59 qualified sales calls. Most people think viral posts are about luck or having a massive following. They're not. There's actually a proven formula behind every post that gets massive reach and converts impressions into booked calls. And I just recorded an exclusive masterclass breaking down my exact system. In this training, I reveal: → The 4-part post structure that guarantees viral reach → Why controversial takes get 10x more engagement (and how to use this ethically) → The psychological triggers that turn readers into prospects → My exact CTA formulas that book calls, not just likes → How to turn viral posts into $5K+ client conversations This isn't just about vanity metrics. Those 98k impressions turned into: 59 qualified sales calls booked 47 new leads in my pipeline 3 clients closed for $23K combined 682 new followers (all potential prospects) Most people go viral by accident and can't replicate it. I go viral on purpose and can teach you the exact system. Here's the thing: This masterclass is ONLY available inside AI Agency Academy. It's exclusive content for members who are serious about using LinkedIn to consistently book high-ticket clients for their agencies. Want access? Comment "VIRAL" below and I'll not only give you access to the full masterclass inside AI Agency Academy but I'll also: ✅ Write you 2 custom LinkedIn posts using my proven viral formula ✅ Optimize them specifically for your niche and target audience ✅ Include the exact CTAs that will book you at least 5 sales calls ✅ Give you my posting schedule for maximum reach This is over $2,000 worth of custom copywriting I normally charge clients for. And you’ll get it for FREE when you join the Academy. This is the exact system I use to book 40-50 sales calls every month from LinkedIn alone. It works.

tips for conversational flow agents
I built an AI cold caller for a client using a conversational flow agent in retell since they had a pretty complicated call structure. when testing it was great, in practice its getting stuck in loops or going down pathways and then not being able to revert back if they ask a side question or change their mind. so it makes for a very unnatural call. Any tips for getting the benefits of conversational flow agents structure? but avoiding these conversational bugs that ruin the feel of the conversation? thanks
