Hey all, happy Monday! In an effort to keep the current 30 day challenge going I will be posting my efforts at the beginning and end of the week for the final 3 weeks of the year, I will be posting what I aim to do in the week to come and check it off on the weekend. Feel free to join in. - Redo my agency website with google ai studio > Vercel/netlify. Record video of the process. (4-6 hours) - Contact every real estate agency in my area (Malaga, Spain). Get leads (Apify/Apollo?), GHL already offers me separate email addresses?, send emails (Total: 8hr). - Call emailed people (as much as possible) - Build out a buy side Wholesaling GHL snapshot, record video of the process (4-6 hr). - Upload 2 Notebook LM videos: 1 wholesaling, 1 long term renting (2hr).
Build an Image Generation Bot With Nano Banana Pro
Google just released Gemini 3 and with it their new image model Nano Banana Pro. The results are crazy realistic and the price is surprisingly low. So I built a full image generation system in n8n that lets you create images through a simple chat interface. The bot can generate three types of images. You can create an image from text. You can use an existing image as a reference. Or you can upload multiple images and combine them into a brand new one. I walk through how the whole system works: 1. How to connect Nano Banana Pro through Kie.ai using HTTP requests 2. How to build a clean n8n form that collects prompts and file uploads 3. How to enhance prompts with AI before sending them to the model 4. How to use Google Drive as a free image host for the uploaded files 5. How to handle the async generation loop until the image is done 6. How to send the final image back through a Telegram chat The bot can make infographics, edits, memes or realistic image composites. HVAC Voice Agent
Hey everyone I am trying to plan my build for an inbound ai voice agent for an HVAC company and I am getting a bit confused as to how I can structure it in retell. As HVAC companies have lots of different services and technicians how would the booking appointment work with retell. Would i need lots of different calendars per service and technician. Also what if someone needs an emergency visit, you will need to allocate the nearest technqian to them. Any help would be greatly appreciated and i would love to connect with some others in the HVAC space.
