Overnight flight advice needed…
I have a long haul flight coming up (16+hrs) and I need some help with what to wear. I like to stay smart-casual or better on flights, but I also need to be able to sleep comfortably. Any brands or clothing that you would recommend to accomplish this task?

Do I plan on taking a 16+ hour flight anytime soon? No. Did I still read all the amazing and helpful comments, YES! Great advice from everyone.
Keep or Sell?
This is a Brooks Brothers suit, the jacket is a 46L, would need tailored to have the sleeves shortened. Otherwise it fits and feels good. The last picture makes it look like the collar doesn’t sit flat, but that is because of me trying to turn to take a pocture showing the back lays flat and does not pull. The pants fit well and would need to be brought in at the waist 1-2”. The only reason I’m thinking of selling is because it is a single vent in the back versus a double vent. Is that something I should worry about and make it worth selling?se

@Alex Kilpatrick I will be getting it altered and the buttons are non-functional, so the alterations should not be as difficult.

@B. j. Boyd That is my plan! I will post pictures once I get it back altered!

Here is today’s outfit for church. Pardon the mess in the background.

@Jon Johnson Thank you! And I agree, but when we are in the presence of God we have to show up in our best. I am trying to work on that and also be sure I am not dressing for just myself either. Have to walk that fine line.

Fall Style Battle: The Truth About "Essential" Items 🍂
Gents - I'm about to ruffle some feathers... Everyone talks about Fall "essentials," but here's what I've learned after years in menswear: Most guys completely waste their money on the wrong first purchase. I see men drop $300 on trendy boots they'll wear 5 times, while walking around in ill-fitting basics that kill their entire look. 🤔 So let me know your take: Your FIRST Fall upgrade should be... Vote below:⬇️⬇️⬇️ But here's the kicker: Defend your choice. Tell me why your pick beats the others - and don't give me generic answers. I want to know which piece has actually changed how you dress, not what some blog told you to buy. The guy with the best argument might just save someone else from making a $200+ mistake this season. 💪

For me it was getting a pair of well fitting and comfortable boots. I got a black pair I wore a lot last fall and winter. These really helped me elevate my style and have something I could wear that was versatile and looked good in every setting whether it was dressed down wearing jeans or wearing business casual for work.

I’d honestly just love more Anson Belts. I finally got them after wanting them for 3 years, got them for Christmas. But I don’t spend money on myself ever really. These belts are amazing and I would love more so I can continue to up my style game and maybe have some that are more casual, even for concealed carry as I saw that option. But they are the best belts I’ve ever had.
