As we reflect on the death and resurrection of Christ… and step into the close of the first quarter of 2026, I’ve been stirring on something deeply. This next season is not about doing this journey alone. 🤍 So for the month of April, I’m opening up something special… ✨ Every Saturday in April — we’re gathering on Zoom. These will be intentional, faith-filled sessions where we: 🍇 Bring our health questions 🌸 Pray over our bodies and our journeys 🦋 Talk through real-life struggles and breakthroughs 🍇 Support one another in a like-minded, Christ-centered space 🌸 Plan, reset, and move forward with clarity This is rooted in the three pillars we live by: 🦋 Belief System (Identity in Christ) Renewing our minds, anchoring in truth, and letting go of shame and fear 🍇 Food System (Nutrition & Health Rhythms) What we eat, how we eat, stress, sleep, movement, and even fasting 🌸 Fellowship System (Community & Sisterhood) Walking together, encouraging one another, and building godly relationships Because real, lasting transformation happens when all three come together. My heart? 🤍 That by the end of this next quarter (April–June), you begin to truly see movement… not just in your body, but in your mindset and spirit too. 🦋🍇 The Centrality of the Cross in Our Healing 🍇🦋
The cross is not just something we remember—it is the foundation of who we become. Why does the cross matter in our health journey?✝️ Because it: • Restores our identity • Removes shame and silences guilt • Gives us power to overcome what once controlled us Yes… even food struggles. Gluttony, emotional eating, and food addiction often hide in plain sight. They’re easier to ignore than other struggles—but they carry the same weight. Many of us run to food in stress, in loneliness, in conflict, or simply to fill what feels empty. But beneath it all… is a deeper need. A need to be filled by God. 🍇 The cross reminds us: we are not slaves to our appetites. 🦋 The cross reminds us: we are not condemned. 🍇 The cross reminds us: we are already free in Christ. “Therefore, there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus.” (Romans 8:1) Mindful eating isn’t just discipline—it’s spiritual alignment. It’s choosing to slow down, to be present, to not escape… but to bring our struggles to the One who heals. When we expose what we’re battling: • To God • To ourselves • To trusted, like-minded women —we break its power. 🦋 What stays hidden keeps control. 🍇 What is brought into the light loses its grip. The cross gives us the courage to be honest. The cross gives us the strength to change. The cross gives us the grace to keep going. As we reflect on the death and resurrection of Christ in these final days of March, remember this: 🍇 Your healing is anchored in the cross. 🦋 Your freedom is rooted in Christ. 🍇 Your body is not your master—He is. Let’s come back to the cross… again and again. 🤍

🦋🍎 Happy Registered Dietitian Day 🍓🦋
Today looked very different than I planned. I had a full list… things for work, things for the house, things I wanted to accomplish. But yesterday I picked up my son from school with a fever, and today he had to stay home. So the day slowed down. And in the quiet of it, I could feel that gentle nudge in my spirit… Slow down. Sit down. Take care of your children. Take care of your body too. There is always something to do. The emails will still be there. The laundry will still be there. The projects will still be there. But our bodies… our hearts… and the people God placed in our care cannot always wait. 🍐 So today I’m sitting on the couch, talking to Jesus, resting, and letting the house move at a softer rhythm. 🦋🍊 It reminds me of that wisdom in scripture: “The battle is not to the swift…” Sometimes the victory isn’t in moving faster. Sometimes it’s in trusting God enough to slow down and let Him fight the battle while we rest in obedience. 🍇🦋 Rest is not laziness. Sometimes rest is faith. Sometimes rest is obedience. And work? Work will always be there tomorrow. 🍑 But today… I’m choosing presence, prayer, and a slower pace. 🦋🍏 Question for you ladies: Have you ever been forced by circumstances to slow down… and later realized it was exactly what you needed? 🍓🦋 Tell me below — I’d love to hear your story. 🍒🦋

Yes the loss of my child slowed my world down and I could only sit helpless and depend on GOD. But GOD had greater awaiting for me in the background.
