🧠 1) RESPECT (Izzat / Value) Har insan chahta hai ke uski izzat ho aur uski opinion ko value mile. Signs someone needs respect: • Unki baat dhyan se suni jaye• Unko ignore na kiya jaye• Unki mehnat ko recognize kiya jaye How to give respect: • “I understand your point.”• “You did a great job.”• “Thanks for your time.” 👉 Respect doge → banda instantly soft aur positive ho jata hai. 🧠 2) SAFETY (Surakhsha / Stability) Log emotional, financial, aur physical safety chahte hain. Examples: • Relationship: loyal partner• Job: stable income• Clients: reliable freelancer• Friends: trustworthy people How to give safety: • Clear communication• Honesty• Consistency• Promises pura karna 👉 Safety = trust build hota hai. 🧠 3) LOVE / BELONGING (Connection / Acceptance) Insan chahte hain ke koi unko accept kare aur care kare. Examples: • Family ka pyaar• Dost ka support• Partner ka affection• Team ka acceptance How to give belonging: • Kisi ko include karo• Unki feelings ko samjho• Appreciation do• Unke sath khare raho 👉 People stay loyal when they feel they belong. 🧠 4) CONTROL (Autonomy / Choice / Power) Log apni life aur decisions par control feel karna chahte hain.Control lose hote hi stress, anger, resistance aata hai. Where people want control: • Relationship → “My opinion should matter.”• Work → “Let me choose how to do my task.”• Client → final say• Business → choice respected ho How to give control: • Options do• Choice do• Unka decision value karo• Point-of-view suno Example line:“Here are two options — choose whichever suits you.” 👉 Control feel → banda calm aur cooperative. 🧠 5) IMPORTANCE (Feeling Special / Worthy) Har insan chahte hain ke unki presence matter kare. Examples: • Compliment mile• Kaam recognize ho• “You matter” wali feeling How to give importance: • Efforts ko praise karo• Unki baat seriously lo• Thank you bolo• Naam se bulao 👉 Importance = loyalty + positive behavior. ✅ End of Lesson 1

My Daily Routine
My Daily Routine - Woke up at 12 PM, got fresh, and had breakfast. - Left for the E-Shop around 2 PM and worked there until 6 PM. - Returned home at 6 PM and focused on dummy bidding from 6–8 PM. - Started working on my project around 8 PM. - Had dinner and spent some time with family. - Went to meet friends around 12 AM and returned home at 1 AM. - Worked again on my project from 1 AM to 3 AM. - Went to sleep around 3 AM
