Holding Space at the Root
I want to take a moment to share a bit about who I am and how I work, for context. At the core of what I do is deep emotional attunement. I have the ability to connect with a personโs emotional body and feel what theyโre carrying beneath words, stories, or analysis. When I sit with someone, I can trace emotional pain back to the first moment it was formed. This isnโt occasional โ itโs consistent. I experience the body as holding what the mind learned to suppress in order to survive. Emotions donโt disappear; they store themselves until theyโre met with awareness and safety. My role isnโt to fix, diagnose, or push change. I donโt take pain away. I help people meet themselves at the origin of the wound, where something can naturally soften and reorganize from the inside out. This work often complements coaching, therapy, or personal development well, especially for people whoโve done a lot of cognitive work but still feel something unresolved at a deeper emotional level. I see this ability as a responsibility more than an identity. Itโs simply how I perceive, relate, and serve. Iโm here to contribute, listen, and hold space where appropriate. Thatโs all I wanted to share.
