How Do You Navigate Social Settings Without Drinking?
Michael has often said that he doesn’t drink alcohol. Personally, I feel the same way—I’m just not into it. But every time I go out, it seems like drinking is the norm, and when I tell people I don’t drink, I get these looks, like I’m the boring guy in the group. Sometimes, I feel like it creates a barrier between me and others, like it makes it harder to connect and bond. So, I wanted to ask—how do you handle social situations when you don’t drink? Do you order water, mocktails, or something else? And more importantly, how do you still come across as fun, engaging, and high-energy? I still love going to clubs, bars, and social events—especially to meet women. I’m just not into alcohol, smoking, or any of that. You know what I am into? Drop-dead gorgeous women. It’s an obsession. I think about it all the time—from the moment I wake up to the last thought before I fall asleep. Would love to hear how you guys navigate this.

@Cooper Page Personally, I’d just stick to still water—I’m serious about my health, my diet, and my training. But let’s be real, ordering still water at a bar gets you some weird looks from friends, bartenders, and pretty much everyone. So I guess I should go for soda water with lime—it looks the part without messing with my system. Tonic water’s an option too, but it contains quinine, which can lower testosterone and libido—and when I’m out, I want the exact opposite. I'm not there to detox, I'm there to bang chicks.
Comfort Content
We talk often about creating a high status IG page but not enough about comfort content. Comfort content that a lot of people will think is the real “us” or the most authentic in terms of who we are as people. I think it’s key to mix in accordingly with the proper ratio of typically one piece of comfort content for every 8-9 displaying status. This is to “take the edge off” some of the high status content (whether it’s preselection or not) and make us seem like we’re actually attainable as men. I always use the example of Drake. It’s almost like Drake consistently posting pictures of his Grammy Awards or shows on stage. At some point, it’s like we get it Drake… you’re an incredible performer. We don’t need to see the next trophy all the time. In fact, it’s good if we see you with your dog or with your mom or someone else to make you more relatable. We’re obviously not on that level but we can still show glimpses into our personalities as well as other value we offer while not necessarily having the same WOW factor that some of our high status content delivers. Examples of comfort content can include: you and your pet(s), gym content, you with family, you with your male friends who aren’t of high status, close up shot where you’re the subject of the photo, you participating in one of your hobbies (like playing an instrument), etc. Keep in mind that this content should still be well produced (great lighting, clear image, high quality photo, good editing) while still being a good change up for your feed on occasion.

@Liam Temple I just follow the workout program that the owner of my gym gives me. I workout three times a week for 1,5 hours (my workout is bodybuilding based plus weighted dips & weighted pull-ups) and I am very fastidious about my diet. I also do 20 minutes yoga sessions during rest days to boost recovery and improve mobility and flexibility. I also do 10 mins of cardio at the end of my workout sessions. Hope this helps.
Squats are the King of All Exercises
Squatting is by far the most underrated exercise in the gym. It’s the king of all exercises - functional and otherwise. I recommend everyone incorporate some form of free squat (no smith machine or hack squat) into their daily routine. You’ll not only build total body strength from legs to hips to back to core but also burn more calories than you could doing almost every other exercise (barring olympic style power lifts). If you want to get stronger, squat. If you want to get leaner, squat. If you want abs, squat. If you want to be more functional, squat. If you want to burn more calories, squat. The variations are endless. I personally front squat with a barbell. My back is in more of a upright position and it has a greater focus on core strength. I started doing it 3-4 years ago and love it. Back squats are the most common. If you’re new to the gym you can certainly do bodyweight squats or some less load focused holding a kettlebell or dumbbell. Find some variation and incorporate it into your routine. You’ll thank me later.

In my opinion the best leg exercise is the Bulgarian Squat. It has been giving me the best results in terms of aesthetics
