If you truly want to improve your Football IQ and performance, focus on these 3 pillars: 🥗 1️⃣ FOOD • Protein after training (chicken, eggs, yogurt, beans) • Vegetables every day • Healthy fats (olive oil, nuts) • Carbs after intense sessions (rice, potatoes, fruit) No junk. No soda. No random snacks. 🛌 2️⃣ SLEEP This is when your brain processes everything you learned in training. Deep sleep = faster decisions. Poor sleep = slow reactions. 🧠 3️⃣ MENTAL RECOVERY After games or hard training: • Reflect 5 minutes • Ask: What did I do well?
