guys when you analyse a game say as well wat you learn from that

so i want to start to understand how to analyze correctly a football match, can somebody give tips

Last Sunday, I played pickup where I scaned a Lot of times, saw many passes and because I was aware of who was behind me, I knew where he is so I turned to side where he was less and out run him. But after fatigue It’s hard to concentrate on scanning. Does anybody have their tip on how to still be like present under fatigue but still do a Lot of scans behind?
