Monday Motivation 💪☀️👌
Good morning! How was everyone's weekend? And what are your goals, mantras or aspirations for the week? My goal is to continue doing 20 min yoga everyday, and making sure I give myself healthy rest when needed. Healthy rest for me means gentle walks, playing guitar, and playing with my dogs. I love watching TV and it can be relaxing, but being sat for longer than 30 minutes my body really feels it.

Keeping it simple with a little bit of movement every day and limiting reels/tiktok to 1 hour a day (you do NOT wanna know what it was like before then)
