CPL for mortgage leads?
Hi all, wondering what you guys are charging for mortgage leads right now? I don’t want to price it too low and risk not making enough? or too high and not be competitive..

@Michelle Tarasenko There’s no one size fits-all price for mortgage leads it depends a lot on the type of lead, exclusivity, geographic market, loan type, and how qualified the lead is. But I can walk you through the current benchmarks (2024–2025), key factors, and a framework to set a pricing strategy that balances competitiveness and profitability.
PAID: Lead distribution
Hi. Anyone knowledgeable on setting up Leadshook quiz - then have those leads go into a Google sheet file as well as email notification to clients. I just signed my second client so I assume I might need a lead distribution software? Please comment or message me for a chat. Happy to pay abit of $ for ur time.

@Johnny S You can absolutely run your Leadshook quiz, send all leads into a Google Sheet, and trigger client email notifications without immediately investing in lead distribution software. if you want me to assist you with the project let me know. i can help you with this
Testing and killing ads?
Hi so I've always used dynamic creative which lets you have max 10 creatives (photos + videos). I didn't even really have different ad sets until recently. I've now transitioned to the generic set up. Just wondering how do you test and kill bad ads? E.g. Ad set 1 10 ads Ad set 2 10 ads Ad set 3 10 ads Lets say Ad set 1 performs very well but Ad set 2 and Ad set 3 don't perform at all. Would you just pause the other 2 ad sets and duplicate Ad set 1? Or is it better to find the winning ad in Ad set 1 - then duplicate that and pause the other ads? Then relaunch a new ad set? Or what is the general process? Thank you

@Martin Zhong Don’t use lots of ad sets or 10 ads per set - Meta performs best with 1 ad set and 3–6 ads. - Too many ad sets = signal fragmentation. - Too many ads = most never get delivery. Campaign → 1 Ad Set → 3–6 Ads if you need any assistance let me know
AI Chatbot for 1 subaccount only?
Hi is it possible for the AI agent to respond for multiple pages in 1 subaccount? I currently use 1 main subaccount with multiple FB pages integrated.
AI Chatbot for 1 subaccount only?

@Martin Zhong Yes you can use one subaccount to manage multiple Facebook Pages, but whether one AI Agent can reply on all of those pages depends on how your platform handles channel routing and agent to channel assignment.
Anybody do call verification?
I have seen some people call verify their leads before sending them to the client. Like just a quick 1-2 minute call to double check all the details are correct and the lead is contactable before sending them through to the client. Does anybody in here do that?

@Flynn Barnett Yes i use a brief verification call before passing a lead to a client. This practice is fairly common, especially in industries where lead quality directly affects sales performance and client satisfaction.
