I just want to remind you that you are not alone
I've been vegan for 20 years now. It has been one of the greatest aspects of my life, but also the biggest head-scratcher when I try to understand why the people around me are not. I just want to remind you that you are not alone and that the choices that you are making, choices that maybe other people make fun of, put down, or don't understand, don't let that get to you. Remember why you do this. We do this for the animals. We speak up, we use our voices, and we fight for those that cannot fight for themselves. When people say that you can't be a man and be vegan, I want to ask: what does it mean to you to be a man? Does killing and harming defenseless animals and creatures make you into some sort of super macho, masculine man? I don't think so. I think men should step up and speak up for the voiceless. Men should protect those they can. Men should share their lessons with those they can. That's why I'm here. That's my mission every single day of the week. This is literally what I do from the time I wake up until the time I go to sleep. I just want you to remember that you're not alone. Let's share messages like this. Let's continue standing up and showing the world how real men, real women, and real people can stand up for what they believe in. I'm here to support you and remind you that you're not alone๐๐
