Time to Wake the F*ck Up!
(((From my latest LinkedIn post))) “I’ll start Monday.” Sounds fantastic, right? Gives you another fake dopamine hit. Let me ask you, how’s that been working out for you? Punch in the mouth time: You don’t need more time. You have plenty - trust me. You need more truth. You need to wake the f*ck up. Because deep down, you feel these things sliding: - Your energy - Your confidence - Your sense of control But hey—keep doom scrolling for another 2 hours. Easier to joke about being tired than actually do something about it. You use bullshit rationalizations telling yourself coaching and mentorship programs are too expensive. Let's peruse your bank statement: - Uber Eats and Door Dash 5 times / week. - Bar tabs for a few hundred more dollars. - Other 'distractions' - movies, concerts, and bullshit doing nothing for you. You say all you do is “for the family”… but the version of you they’re getting? Burnt out. Lazy. Unmotivated (and undisciplined). Going through the motions. It’s NOT about motivation. It’s about ownership. Complete RESPONSIBILITY. The discipline. Unwavering and non-negotiable. The edge that bleeds into how you show up for everything (or don't). You don’t need another Monday. You need to stop bullsh*tting yourself. To stop f*cking lying to yourself.

@Garrett Croll i realized that scripts does not sell we need to crush their old identity who is keep on telling stories after stories & giving excuses after excuses rather than taking 100% responsibilty( blaming external things) if we can't shift and crush their old identity they would never transform they would give you bull shit objections(excuses) which doesn't help him solve his problems @Garrett Croll

Not going to bullshit you all. Participation in here’s been rather 'lean'. And yes, I am clearly aware. But here’s the difference: I’m still showing up. Every single day. Dropping value. Creating content. Putting in effort. I'll continue to do this - EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. I don't quit. I won't on you, and most certainly not on myself. I prefer to lead from the front, to do what I say I am going to do. However, I'd prefer not to be the only contributing— this isn’t built to be a one-way street. This is supposed to be a space where you ask, share, contribute, grow. This isn’t meant to shame. It’s me "rattling the cage." Look, I’ll keep showing up — every day. But this community becomes powerful only if you want it to - you engage - you participate. Do you want to be on the field, or do you want continue to live life from the sidelines - as a spectator? GC

Garrett. I’m not currently selling a dating offer — I was using that as a relatable example. My main focus is identity . But I’ve been diving deep into identity-based selling because they work universally — fitness, dating, high-ticket coaching —at the end of the day we are all humans everyone has emotions also some prospect would never reveal their pain points like what's you biggest challenge in your company ? prospect: no challenge at this moment but we are looking to "scale" now if you notice here what is he saying he was talking about his desires, not problems you can ask two questions 1) when it comes to scaling your business what challenges are you facing now? whats your goal& vision: scaling -- we need get clarity everyone is different ask that business man: what do you mean by scaling in your opinion? 2) what are you currently doing now to scale your business? or what process or strategy you are currently following now that is causing you to not scale your business now ? lot of things but i use this to destroy their current strategy or process then i inject deadly doubts crush them to "0" without this they believe they can do it by themselves by watching basic youtube content @Garrett Croll what do you say as a founder ?
