Sounds fantastic, right? Gives you another fake dopamine hit.
Let me ask you, how’s that been working out for you?
Punch in the mouth time:
You don’t need more time. You have plenty - trust me.
You need more truth. You need to wake the f*ck up.
Because deep down, you feel these things sliding:
- Your energy
- Your confidence
- Your sense of control
But hey—keep doom scrolling for another 2 hours.
Easier to joke about being tired than actually do something about it.
You use bullshit rationalizations telling yourself coaching and mentorship programs are too expensive.
Let's peruse your bank statement:
- Uber Eats and Door Dash 5 times / week.
- Bar tabs for a few hundred more dollars.
- Other 'distractions' - movies, concerts, and bullshit doing nothing for you.
You say all you do is “for the family”… but the version of you they’re getting?
Burnt out. Lazy. Unmotivated (and undisciplined). Going through the motions.
It’s NOT about motivation.
It’s about ownership. Complete RESPONSIBILITY.
The discipline. Unwavering and non-negotiable.
The edge that bleeds into how you show up for everything (or don't).
You don’t need another Monday.
You need to stop bullsh*tting yourself.
To stop f*cking lying to yourself.
