Flower Power
Can we talk about the power of the flower? 🫣 after a puff sesh I feel I am more creative & limitations don’t exist. Not to mention the clarity I receive along with peace within myself 🍃

I only started smoking a few years ago. I started slow - mostly bec I had such severe anxiety, and it was only at night usually; but once I started meditating, I could totally see the difference in my sessions. I couldn’t even connect at first, but if I smoked, it relaxed me & allowed my mind to lose the death grip on my obsessive/ruminating thoughts long enough so that I could actually get to the meditative state. I don’t need much - just enough to feel that “sigh”; when I don’t, I can’t even get to that state in meditation sometimes. 🌳🫶🏼🌳🫶🏼🌳

I never watched PPG - I’m 46 so I think that was after my cartoon days lol going have to look this up though because at my previous job, they referred to me and my 2 other female coworkers as the PPG bec we were three pretty dominant fixers - we were like client services internally. But I never really understood why they said that. I will have to look it up now for sure lol

Love this and love that little man Brody! He is so cute - little rascal. Thank goodness for those forced break so that you have time to rebalance/re-acclimate into 3D, so your energy gets a break every so often with the lighthearted love and joy of pure toddler bliss!! 🫶🏼✨🙏🏼 (Not gonna lie, I’m still a little “freaked out” at the thought that you were taken from your bed consciously, lol, but ya know, I’m a newbie so learning from others’ stories suffice for now, I’m not ready for contact yet, I get it lol)

Love MB! Her show “Blossom” was the first “big kid” show I watched. I loved her in “Beaches” & then “Big Big Theory” - even hosting “Jeopardy” (which has been one of my fave shows since I was a child, so reminiscence of after-dinner family time in the living room.). 🫶🏼 thanks for sending this over. I will def give it a listen, her topics always fascinate me.

I thought I saw UFO last night
And though I quickly realized it was NOT a UFO, I was so proud of my reaction. Coming into the house late last night, I saw sparking flashes of light in the night sky. I did not react in fear AT ALL, it was as if my initial thought was, “oh it must be a ship making contact”. I asked my boyfriend “did you see that???” knowing sometimes others are not able to sense/see them when they do appear, and he was like “yeah! I saw that, I hope it doesn’t cause a fire by the brush, that transformer (electrical box) really blew up because of these strong wind gusts!” I was immediately disappointed lol. And the good news here is that my initial reaction was not instinctively fear. There’s progress being made here lol just having been active in this community this past week!! 🥰✨🙏🏼✨🫶🏼✨🤟🏼
