Think I had my first remembered contact last night

I was dreaming and all a sudden someone in my dream stepped into this light that was shining down. They immediately started to move up towards the sky but their body sorta started disappearing like in star trek when they get beamed up. I was nervous but stepped in and I started slightly freaking out cuz my "body" started turning into light and disappearing up into the beam of light. I then was somewhere, whole again but in front of me was a light. Then the lights face area started turning into the "normal" alien face humans are use to, a Grey's face. I said "awww hi alien" but I then felt just the tiniest bit of fear and was snapped back into the dream I was having. I was somewhat awake but still in my dream, I shouted "oh nooo I'm not scared of you"......."damnit"....the experience was over. Alien dreams aren't usual for me but I fell back to a full sleep and continued dreaming.

So what do you think? Does this sound like an abduction/contact?
