I stopped emailing everyone the same thing
Email is still doing most of the work for me. After the Etsy ban, all I had left was around 300 emails from past buyers. Over the past year I grew it to ~800. Not all of them bought again, but still, around 2/3 of my sales come from email. Up until now, I was doing what most people do. One or two emails a week, Tuesdays and Saturdays, same message for everyone. Open rates around 40–45%, clicks 1.5–2%. It turns out to be quite good for my niche - womenswear- but still I’d love to get more sales from my subscribers. Yesterday I finally changed that. With the help of ChatGPT 5.5, I split my list into 4 segments and built a separate email sequence for each one. Different angle, different message, same products, but tailored to how that specific group actually thinks and buys. Copies were done with AI as well, based on my client profile (women 45–60 in US & EU), then adjusted to match my tone. Let’s see where this takes it. I’ll share results once I have enough data. Also, if you’re not actively growing your list, you’re missing a big piece. I use OptiMonk on Shopify, free version is more than enough to start. Curious — are you using email at all, or mostly relying on ads right now?

No fake gurus, no fake results
Woke up today to a couple of spam posts here. Removed them together with the user who posted. Just to keep this clear from the start: nobody needs self-promo posts with affiliate links, AI-written fluff (yes, I can spot it in seconds), or fake Shopify screenshots. If you have something real to share, keep it simple: “I used X tool → got Y result → in Z time.” That’s useful. That’s something others can actually consider and test. Everything I share here, courses, tools, systems, is based on what I’ve used myself to rebuild after losing ~95% of my income. Not in days. In months. No magic shortcuts. AI helps, yes. It makes things faster, cleaner, more structured. But it doesn’t replace doing the work. You still choose, test, decide, adjust. You still own the results. That’s the point of this group. Build something real, step by step, without noise. If you’re here for that, you’ll get a lot out of it.

Better Done than Perfect
Here’s something I’m noticing as this group grows. People don’t really struggle with lack of information. There’s plenty of that. What actually slows things down is something else. Too many “good” options.Too many ideas that could work. And then no decision. I see it in how people approach products. They look for “the perfect one”. But the real shift happens when you stop asking: “is this the best option?” And start asking: “is this good enough to move forward?” Because that’s where things start compounding. That’s where you go from: thinking → testing → learning → adjusting instead of just thinking. Everything I’m building here is basically around that idea. Less guessing.More clear decisions.Faster movement. That’s it. Curious — what’s harder for you right now: choosing what to sell or actually moving forward once you’ve chosen?

@Fernando castilo Luis were not here to punch each other. And btw having a store is not a must for doing dropshipping, you can do direct sales via social media. That’s the beauty of Premium Dropshipping: you don’t need hundreds of orders per month to pay your bills, we aim at $200+ margins so that you feel comfortable selling 5-10 pieces/month, not 500-1000
Why most people never make money even with good info
There’s something I keep noticing. And I know it well, because I’m exactly the same. I’m a master of procrastination. Not in an obvious way. It looks like research. Comparing options. “Thinking it through properly”. New product → let me check a few moreNew idea → let me validate a bit deeperNew approach → maybe there’s a better way Feels logical. But nothing actually moves. At some point I realised it’s not about finding better information. It’s about getting past the point where turning back feels easier than continuing. So now when I start something new, I try to move as fast as possible in the beginning. Pick one direction.Set it up.Get it to a state where it already exists. Because once it’s live, even imperfectly, the game changes. You’re no longer deciding if you’ll do it. You’re already doing it. Everything I’m building here is basically around that. Less time in “thinking mode”.Faster move into “execution mode”. That’s where results start. If you feel yourself stuck in that loop, I’ve just added something that helps with exactly this. A tool where you can drop in your product idea and get a clear “go / test / skip” decision on the spot, based on my M.A.R.G.I.N. system. So instead of overthinking for days, you can validate and move forward immediately. https://buy.stripe.com/5kQ7sM8L40AG6yY35RbfO02 You can also access it (and other courses) by upgrading your Premium for just $19. Curious — what’s one idea you’ve been sitting on for too long?

First AI tool, already in our Classroom!
Over the last few days I’ve been adding courses and structure here. But this turned out to be more useful than another lesson. I built a tool. You drop in any product, and it runs it through my M.A.R.G.I.N. logic. Not theory, not “figure it out yourself”. It tells you: does this actually have margin can it be positioned as premium is there real demand where it breaks and whether it’s even worth your time So instead of overthinking or jumping between ideas, you can test them in real time. As many as you want. That’s the difference. If you want access to the tool on its own: 👉 [LINK TO BUY TOOL – $67] Or just upgrade to Premium ($19/month) and get this + all courses + everything I add next. Curious what you’ll run through it first ;)

@Olalekan Ademola the full analysis is based on my M.A.R.G.I.N. Framework, so I may say it’s a rule based. It doesn’t suggest niches of products, only analyses what you bring to it. So yes - if you see evolving niche/producing product - this tool does full analysis in seconds
