Im in danger❗️
Hey guys, I seriously need some advice right now. Something happened over the past few days and I don’t know how to handle it. I posted a video online about respect and school fights in general. I didn’t mention anyone by name, but somehow some people in my class took it personally. Ever since, they’ve been threatening me in a group chat and talking behind my back. Some of them are saying they’re going to “jump” me, and I’ve been hearing rumors about them planning stuff for Monday. I’ve tried to stay calm, I’ve explained my side, and I even apologized if anyone felt offended, but it feels like nothing is stopping them. I also have friends who tried to help me, but they can’t always be around. I feel like I could be in serious danger if I’m alone. I don’t want to escalate things or get into a fight — I want to stay safe, but I also don’t want to delete my video because I stand by what I said. I’ve never been in a situation like this before, and it’s stressing me out hard. Has anyone been in a situation like this? What would you do if a few people in your school started threatening you over something small and it feels like it could get physical? How can I stay safe while also standing my ground? Any advice would help.

This 3-step framework cures any addiction
Two years ago, I hated school. I studied for 6 hours a day and still got mid results. I binged YouTube every night. I felt hopeless — like no matter how much I tried, I was stuck. Today? - I get straight A’s studying for less than 2 hours/day - I scored a perfect PSAT - I’ve uploaded 250+ videos on my YT channels - And I finally enjoy life again If you just give this post your full attention for 5 minutes, you can literally copy-paste my results. Let me show you how to cure any addiction, using the same 3-step method I used to escape hours of binging YouTube. ㅤ ㅤ ㅤ ✦ Step 1: Rebuild your self-image I once told a friend, “I’ve been kinda lazy lately.” And he just stared at me like I was stupid. “Bro, you’re a machine. You don’t slack. You finish shit faster than anyone I know.” And something just clicked. He was right. That wasn’t me — I wasn’t the guy scrolling YouTube, slacking on goals, wasting time. The real me? I’m the productivity machine. The kid who gets shit done. And ever since that moment, every time I catch myself slipping, I just remember: “That’s not me.” ㅤ ㅤ ㅤ Here’s my point: If you’re trying to quit scrolling, don’t say “I’m trying to quit scrolling.” Say: “I don’t scroll.” You’re not a gamer. You’re not a sugar addict. You’re not “trying” to quit. You already did. That one shift changes everything. Change your identity → change your habits. ㅤ ㅤ ㅤ ✦ Step 2: 2-Day Solo Detox Before you tell the world you’ve quit… Prove it to yourself. For 48 hours: No sugar. No reels. No games. No YouTube. Don’t tell anyone. Just do it. For me, I tested my willpower by turning down Indian sweets at home (you know the ones loaded with sugar 💀). At school, I turned down sugary brunch food without a second thought. And after 2 days? “Wait… I can do this.” It gave me the confidence to go full 30 days — and that’s where the real results came in. ㅤ ㅤ ㅤ ✦ Step 3: Tell Everyone Once you prove it to yourself, now it’s time to prove it to the world.

the perfect 5am morning routine for students (back to school)
Watch the full video here! 📌 The 5AM Morning Routine That Actually Works I wake up at 5AM and immediately dump a 2L bucket of ice water on my head. Then I change into running clothes, finish up a one-mile marathon, and jump straight into my morning routine. I’m kidding. Mostly. But if you’ve been complaining that school’s starting, here’s the 5AM routine I’ve been running for the past three years… get it… running. okay, okay, I’m sorry. 📌 Why Bother With a Morning Routine? Think about the gym. You don’t just walk in and start maxing out deadlifts. You warm up first — lighter weights, fewer reps — so your body’s ready. Your morning routine works the same way. It’s the warmup set for your day. I learned this the hard way. There was this one time I decided I’d be “that guy” who wakes up at 4AM and gets straight to work. Forty-five minutes in, two scripts written… and my head starts nodding. Then, it’s my eyes. And five minutes later, I’m mid-dream, thinking about missing the school bus (I walk to school 💀). I’m literally arguing with myself half-asleep: Me: “Yo, you’ve got stuff to do.” Also me (but asleep): “Bro… isn’t it still midnight?” Me: “No, it’s 6:30. You’ve got school in two hours.” Asleep me: “Give me five more minutes…” [faceplants on desk] The problem? I didn’t have anything to actually wake me up. No process to shift me from a sleep-deprived zombie into someone who could actually focus. 📌 The Routine Now — I’m not saying you need to install a bucket-of-ice contraption over your bed that triggers if you don’t turn off your alarm in 0.01 seconds… but that’s basically what you have to do. Again. Kidding. I wake up at 5AM with an app called Sleep Cycle. It wakes you up during light sleep, so you don’t wake up feeling like you’ve fallen off a building. First thing I do? Turn on the light. This isn’t random bs — it’s for my circadian rhythm, that internal clock telling your body when to be awake or tired. Most people mess theirs up completely — random sleep schedules, no sunlight, too much Red Bull at 11PM — then wonder why they’re sick all the time. Mess with your rhythm enough, and it will fight back.

How to wake up earlier
I get asked a lot, “How are you able to wake up at 4am every day?” And honestly, the answer’s really simple. You see, for the past 3 years bro, I’ve been consistently waking up anywhere between 3-6 AM. And the reason why I’m able to do this isn’t anything special. It’s just basic biology. You see, our brains aren’t much different from how they were around 1,000 years ago — meaning, the way we have to act today is actually quite similar to how we had to be 1,000 years ago. And just to clarify, no, I’m not going to make you act like a caveman bro. We don’t need to go that far. But what we can do is leverage something known as our circadian rhythm. I’m pretty sure you’ve heard of this, so I won’t bore you with the details. Essentially, the circadian rhythm is your body’s biological clock — the thing that regulates when you’re alert, when you’re tired, when you’re hungry, etc. Now, modern society has quite literally fucked up this clock as much as it possibly can be done. Our circadian rhythms are HEAVILY regulated by sunlight. It pretty much depends ENTIRELY on light. But with the invention of light bulbs, we’re able to have bright light EVEN WHEN IT’S 11PM. So our brain thinks, “hey, usually it’s supposed to be bedtime now, but it’s still bright, so I guess we shouldn’t sleep soon”. And so, it won’t release melatonin (sleepiness hormone) and you’ll struggle to fall asleep. But what it also does, is that it doesn’t let you WAKE UP at the right time because your brain didn’t get enough sleep if you slept at 11 PM. So of course, you’re not gonna be able to wake up at 4-5AM. So there’s a shit ton of a problems that come up… but how do we fix them? Well, it’s simple actually. Just go to bed earlier. It’s really as simple as that. I sleep at 9PM every day, so I get 8 hours before waking up at 5. If I wanted to wake up at 4, I’d sleep at 8. And here’s the thing, my entire room is pitch black (except for a orange-ish night light) around 1 hour before bed. I’m literally avoiding any light like it’s women. And this way, my brain knows it’s time to release melatonin and make me ready for bed.
