From Hustling Leads to Closing Deals The Shift That Changed Everything for Me 🚨
Hey family I want to get real with you all for a second When I started wholesaling I was grinding hard cold calls driving for dollars bandit signs anything just to get that one deal It was exhausting I was chasing leads losing track of follow ups and worst of all missing out on money that should’ve been mine I thought I had a leads problem But I didn’t I had a systems problem 💡 Here’s what changed it all for me The moment I started treating wholesaling like a business not a hustle things shifted I built a simple CRM system automated my follow ups and ran targeted digital marketing campaigns to attract motivated sellers and cash buyers on autopilot I’m still in the game still locking up deals but now with more clarity consistency and control 🎯 If you are wholesaling right now and feeling overwhelmed If leads are slipping through the cracks If you are not getting the seller callbacks you hoped for If buyers are ghosting you or your dispo is scattered You don’t need more hustle You need systems that actually work 🙌 I’ve helped other wholesalers get organized close more deals and grow faster and I would love to help you too 💬 DM me or hit me up on WhatsApp if you want A simple CRM to track sellers buyers and deals Help running FB IG ads to generate quality seller leads Funnels or landing pages that convert Or just to talk wholesaling strategy 📲 Tap to message me on WhatsApp Let us stop chasing and start closing We are all in this together 💪🏽Let us build real wealth not just quick cash

If you're tired of losing deals because of disorganized follow ups or weak lead flow, you're not alone

I have been there too and that’s exactly why I built systems that actually work If you want to see how I structure my CRM or run seller ads that convert just DM me
I have run out of money locking up leads !!!
Not a bad thing at all ... but also not a good things... I have been going extra hard in the last 3 weeks and have somehow locked up 11 contracts. Here's where things could get interesting for you, are you looking for a win, win situation? I need a partner who's willing to partner with me and willing put up any EMD needed to lock up "New Potential Prospects"... If that's you ... DM me and lets get the paperwork drawn up. "Lets Go!!! Meaning if you want to JV a deal with me, Having the earnest money deposit will almost for sure make this happen.

Here’s where I think I bring real value I’m not just active in real estate I’m also a CRM and digital marketing specialist so I’ve built systems that keep leads flowing and deals consistent If we partner I’m not only bringing in support for the EMD but also the structure and automation to make sure the pipeline keeps producing

🛑 Stop Confusing Activity with Accomplishment
One of the biggest traps for new (and even seasoned) wholesalers is mistaking "being busy" for actually "moving the needle". - Scrolling listings for hours isn’t the same as making offers. - Talking about wholesaling isn’t the same as locking up contracts. - Going to meetups is great, but if you’re not following up with sellers and buyers, you’re just networking without purpose. 👉 Activity = motion. 👉 Accomplishment = measurable progress (offers made, contracts signed, deals closed). Ask yourself at the end of the day: "Did I get closer to closing a deal, or did I just keep myself occupied?" Real growth comes when you focus on the few things that drive results and cut the noise. What’s one “busy” activity you’ve caught yourself doing that didn’t really move your business forward? 👉 If this hit home, give it a like and follow so we can keep growing together and sharing real strategies that actually close deals. 🚀

For me, that was spending hours analyzing deals without ever submitting an offer. It felt productive, but nothing changed until I started taking imperfect action and actually putting numbers in front of sellers...... That’s when momentum (and confidence) really kicked in

Activity makes us feel safe Accomplishment makes us grow. Thank you for putting this into perspective it’s a lesson every wholesaler (new or seasoned) has to internalize if they want to build something real.
Just wanted to share something that’s been sitting heavy with me lately.
I have noticed that every time I’m about to take a big step in wholesaling (or in life), my brain serves me excuses on a silver platter:👉 “You’re not experienced enough.... You don’t have the right connections.”👉 “What if you mess it up?” Truth is, those aren’t real barriers they’re just the fear talking. I’ve been reminding myself daily: excuses don’t build futures, action does....... The crazy thing? The people we look up to faced the same doubts. The difference is they acted anyway. 🔥 My new rule: stop arguing with excuses and start negotiating with the version of myself that already wins...... If you’ve been feeling stuck or doubting yourself, you’re not alone. The road gets lighter when you stop carrying excuses around with you.... I’m curious what’s the #1 excuse that tries to hold you back, and how do you push through it?

Why Most Wholesalers Struggle Isn’t Lack of Leads… It’s Lack of Systems
When I first stepped into real estate wholesaling, I thought the hardest part was generating leads. Truth is—it wasn’t. The real challenge was keeping track of conversations, follow-ups, offers, and relationships without dropping the ball. I learned the hard way that sticky notes, scattered spreadsheets, and random phone reminders will only take you so far. Here’s the reality Deals are lost not because the seller said no, but because the follow-up never happened Opportunities slip because data isn’t organized in one place Confidence drops when you can’t clearly see what stage each lead is in That’s why I became obsessed with CRM systems. Once I mastered them, everything changed. Suddenly I could: ✅ Track every seller and buyer conversation in one place ✅ Automate follow-ups so no lead went cold ✅ Get reminders for the right calls at the right time ✅ See my entire pipeline at a glance and know exactly what to focus on And here’s the emotional part → using a proper CRM doesn’t just make you more organized. It gives you peace of mind. It allows you to show up consistently for your business instead of living in chaos. Because in this game, consistency is what closes deals—not random bursts of hustle. If you’re tired of feeling like leads are slipping through your fingers or you’re “too busy” but not seeing results, maybe it’s not a motivation problem—it’s a system problem. 💡 I help wholesalers set up CRMs that actually work for them, not against them. If you’d like me to walk you through a simple framework to get more control, more clarity, and more closings let’s connect send me a DM

The most underrated skill in wholesaling is consistency and a CRM makes that possible the system doesn’t replace hard work but it makes sure the hard work pays off

Curious to hear from the community what’s the number one excuse or challenge you face when it comes to follow up and keeping your pipeline organized
