Struggling with weight loss
What problems do you have when it comes to weight loss? Im curious

@Jordan Hardy ultimately I want to compete in the 198lbs class for Strongman. I'm 245lbs right now, so the plan is to get down to 220 and do a small cut when I go into comp prep. But I can't lose muscle or I won't be competitive.

@Jordan Hardy no I'm already well on my way. 2 lbs in 2 weeks and getting my groove. Just trying to do it a little better each time I go through it.
War on food
Theres a war going on with food Junk food companies make whole foods expensive and market stuff as "Healthy" when its really not. And its not on accident its done on purpose. Wholefoods that benefit our health have no profit. Junk food does. Its cheaper and easier to make and sale. You'll notice even healthy cereals being 10$ compared to a commercial brand cereal like Giant sized frosted flakes being 7$. Or you'll notice the difficulty finding quality foods in your local stores without 12 different ultra process ingredients. You hope to not see it but you do anyway. The companies truly dont care about our health, they care about profit. they know the junk foods and highly processed ingredients are bad for our health, but the truth is for them short term gain > 10 - 20 years of long term consequences. Us getting healthy, means medical places lose money. Diabetes, joint pain, chronic issues all feed those companies. And when people have those health issues its easy to hide behind "science" such as all red meat being the problem.

When you can grow it yourself, you can control the quality. If you know the grower, you get all the benefit without the work. This is why I get to know local farmers and butchers in my area!
Pastured raised eggs vs regular eggs
Many of us love to eat eggs but do we know which ones are best for our health. If you're an ex athlete tune in! https://www.instagram.com/reel/DMZO6eJOQs4/?igsh=OWZyc2toNXhhOTRw

I raise my own chickens and the flavor is a big difference! The yokes are so much richer and you can see the difference in the color. Healthy animals give healthy food.
