Reasons you're overweight
My apologies i wont be as consistent this week im im out of town. Ill post what i can. Once i get back its back to cooking 🔥🔥 Reasons you are overweight 1. Ultra processed food these foods have ingredients like msg which makes fast food taste better than what it really it and causes you to continue eating it like an addiction. 2. Lack of exercise you're sedentary all day (id say strength training specifically) 3. During your meals your not consuming enough protien protien keeps you satiated and prevents overeating. 4. Not watching over your calories i know i say calories in vs calories out isnt the grand picture its more so insulin but its still true to watch over your calories they still matter especially if you want to go on a cut. 5. You dont do any fasting. Fasting helps your insulin levels and blood sugar levels come down allowing you to burn fat and also gives you other benefits such as autophagy and cellular repair

If you like eggs you're gonna like this! If you're consultant that wants to lose weight i would recommend eating eggs? But which kind though? Pastured raised or caged free. Caged free has typically more omega 6 the chickens are fed, corn, soy, and wheat which is known to mess up our gut this is the same thing thats fed to our cows and thats the beef we find in our local grocery stores, this is why i typically dont consume them. also the chickens need space, lots of them in farms are very close together as far as free range we know they have space but by how much? we dont know. Pastured rasied chickens eat more grass, bugs, seeds and herbs which leads to higher omega 3 content much higher in minerals and antioxidants which benefits our body greatly and The chickens have lots of space 108 suqare feet apart from each other this leads to a higher quality egg. The best to go with is pastured raised brands like vital farms are my go to. If its too pricey go with regular eggs for now to get started at least but then you want to graduate to pasture raised eventually.

Curious question do you guys track your calories at all? If so how many cals do you eat a day? And what is your BMR?

Workouts
How often do you guys workout? And what work outs do you do daily? For me i keep it simple i workout every other day go progressive overload lifting my heaviest anytime it feels like its getting easy or my body is getting stronger i just add more reps. I focus on dead lift Bench press incline and decline Squats Dead lifts Weighted leg lifts And shoulder press I keep it simple and make sure protien is my highest macro throughout the day.
