I have a client who uses one Xero account for two different businesses (bathrooms and insurance work). Is there a way to use custom fields to automatically identify which business a customer belongs to? For example, when an invoice is sent or marked as paid, can CRM Connector pull a keyword (such as the business name or job type) and use it to route that customer into the correct GoHighLevel sub-account? I’d like bathroom customers to be pushed into the bathroom sub-account, and insurance customers into the insurance sub-account, for both past and future customers. Is this possible with custom field mapping or invoice-based triggers?

That’s certainly possible. I’ll contact you personally in a couple of hours, after I’ve reviewed the API and identified where we can apply the filters. This would be a custom filter.

Question
Is there a list of which CRMs you can connect to, as well as instructions on how to get the API keys for each of them? Especially without having to sign up at the moment.

You can find all available integrations here: CRM Connector - Middlewareplatform for GoHighLevel At the moment, we don’t have separate documentation for each integration. Each integration form includes clear guidance. Some will ask you to log in through the CRM, which briefly takes you outside of GHL to authenticate. Others provide a field where you can enter your API key, along with instructions on where to find it. Everything is set up to be as straightforward as possible, and you’re welcome to install our marketplace app and explore it for free to see what you’ll need before connecting anything.
