Taking my business to the next level with AI
Greetings everyone! I’m excited to be here because AI has already started changing the way I build and run my business. I come from a trading and market education background, and one of the biggest things AI has done for me is help streamline ideas, systems, content, and execution so I can move faster and think bigger. It’s helping me not only improve the business I already have, but also take it to another level by speeding up research, building lessons for trading students, organizing frameworks, and even helping me think through quantitative tools and trading programs that would have taken me far longer on my own. At the same time, I’m still learning. I don’t come from a deep technical background, so one of the most valuable parts of using AI has been how quickly it helps bring me up to speed on technologies, processes, and possibilities I might not have understood otherwise. It’s like having a translator between my ideas and the systems needed to build them. Now, to be honest, I also see the gaps. I’d love AI to become more powerful in live, meaningful workflows, especially where it can mirror what I’m seeing in real time, help research more accurately, and produce reliable reports without me having to babysit every detail for mistakes. So I’m excited not just by what AI can do today, but by what’s on the horizon. For me, AI is not replacing vision or experience. It’s amplifying both. And I’m especially excited to be around other people who are passionate about this technology, because I know the real opportunity comes from learning how others are using it, where they see it going, and how we can all apply it better in our own businesses. Can’t wait to see what everyone is doing with this technology. Let’s go!

@Britton Brown This is exactly it, the output is only as good as the judgment behind the question. Someone who has spent 30 years reading markets and knowing where the weak spots are is going to get something completely different from AI than someone just learning the space. That’s actually the gap I’m most focused on solving right now. How do I package the judgment and diagnostic experience so AI can help extend it, not just speed it up. Really looking forward to connecting, I have a feeling this summit is going to unlock a lot of that thinking for both of us! And I just noticed you’re in Kansas City too, so am I! Super small world!

@Britton Brown Small world indeed! And honestly that doesn’t surprise me at all, Tony and Dean definitely have a way of attracting the right people into the same room at the right time. I’ve been in their programs since 2020 and every single time I think I’ve gotten everything out of it something new unlocks. This summit feels like one of those times too. I’ll shoot you an email today. Really looking forward to connecting!
AI for IP Business
I’d be happy to join this community. I’m currently building an IP business and distributing internationally, so I’m really interested in how AI can help simplify processes and scale things more efficiently. I think there’s a lot of potential to leverage AI to make operations more streamlined and accessible, especially in something like this. Would love to be part of it and see how it grows.

Welcome @Femy Sagara! An IP business with international distribution is such a fascinating space from an operational standpoint. The complexity of managing rights, licensing, and distribution across multiple markets is exactly the kind of thing that can quietly become a bottleneck if the underlying structure isn't built to scale. I'm curious what part of the process feels most manual for you right now. Is it the licensing administration, the distribution coordination, or something else entirely?
Re-Calibration
Today I deleted OpenClaw. It was more of a distraction than anything else. And then something else happened yesterday. The ai agent I built for a friend glitched and it freaked her out. That gave me a huge pit in my stomache and I realized, I don't want to build ai agents for people. I want to teach them how to build ai agents for themselves. I'd rather teach people to fish. I'm only going to take on 2 clients a month with this, because I have my other business to focus on. I'm so excited. This is so aligned with who I am.

This is such a good reminder that clarity often comes from the thing that doesn't feel right, instead of from planning. The fact that your stomach dropped when it glitched told you everything you needed to know. I work with founders on operational structure and I find the same thing happens to them, they keep doing things that feel slightly off because they haven't stopped to ask why it feels that way. The recalibration you just did in one day takes some people years. Really love this. Welcome to the more aligned version of the business!

Strategic Operations Consultant, and I work with founders to remove operational bottlenecks and build businesses that don't depend on them for every decision. Honestly the biggest shift AI has made for me is in my diagnostic work. I can pressure test my thinking, stress test a framework, or work through a complex client situation at 10pm when no one else is around. It's like having a strategic thinking partner that never gets tired. Would love to connect with other consultants, coaches, or anyone working in the business operations space!
How Are You Using AI Right Now?
🚀 AI Advantage Check-in: How are you actually using AI right now? It’s crazy how fast AI is evolving, but the real advantage isn’t just knowing about it — it’s applying it daily. Right now, I’m curious: • Are you using AI to save time or make money (or both)? • What’s one task AI has completely changed for you? • Where are you still stuck doing things manually? For me, the biggest shift has been using AI for: ⚡ Content creation ⚡ Idea generation ⚡ Faster decision-making But I feel like most people are still scratching the surface. Let’s share real use cases — not theory. Drop what you’re doing with AI right now 👇

This is such a good question. For me right now it's honestly a mix of both saving time and making money, but the more interesting shift has been using it to think better, not just faster. I work with founders on operational structure and the place I've found the most leverage is using AI as a diagnostic partner. I'll describe a business situation to it and ask it to pressure test my thinking before I present recommendations to a client. It's like having a strategic thinking partner available at 11pm. Where I'm still stuck manually is anything that requires real relationship nuance. Reading between the lines of what a founder is actually struggling with versus what they say they're struggling with. That part still needs a human. Curious if anyone has found a way to use AI for deeper client discovery, that's the gap I'm most interested in solving?
