Best CRM/Funnel Builder for Lead Gen offers? šŸ¤”
Hey guys!! In September I started a "Pay per Lead" offer and managed to close 9 clients. I've been using GHL over the last 3 years for all my other agency offers I was running in the past and have become super familiar with it... However, it does have pretty big limitations when it comes to running a Pay per Lead offer (Slow funnel loading speeds, poor survey customization, flying blind since I can't see how many people start the survey and where they drop off, etc). I've been looking into HeyFlow as an alternative but I find the funnel builder a headache to get around (another steep learning curve just as GHL was at the start...). Webflow is also always an alternative. I was curious to know what everyone here used for their funnels and surveys!! Looking forward to your thoughts and answers!

Hey @Afonso Marcal , I’ve used Unbounce for landing pages. People will argue they are the best. Leadshook or LeadCapture for the quiz. Recently, I’ve been trying out a few of those vibe coding tools like Lovable, Base44 and Mocha for building landing pages and at times the quizzes. Mocha loads pretty quick and that is with a mini site with additional blog posts. It is still early days, but I like the vibe coding tools as it’s just a matter of prompting your way to what you want. I haven’t figured out a way to run split tests, but there are third-party tools that can do that. If you don’t want to think too much, the vibe coding tools are probably the easiest to get up and running without too much of a learning curve, then Unbounce and LeadCapture for more specialist tools.

The Estate Agent Counterplay Scene: High-street estate agent (this is a UK thing). Speaker 1: I’m looking for an off-plan or new-build apartment to invest in. Speaker 2: Certainly. Shall I introduce you to our new-build specialist? Speaker 1 (to camera, whisper): Shhhh, what he doesn't know is I’ve already used Property Pete to pull a tailored list from UK property companies. Watch this. Speaker 1: I’m good, thanks. I’m already matched and pre-screened. Speaker 2: Matched by who? Speaker 1: Property Pete. Speaker 2: And what did they offer you? Speaker 1: Units that fit my budget, city choices, and completion dates. Speaker 2: That saves time. Speaker 1 (to camera): Swipe left for a quick quiz. One follow-up from a matched property company. No obligation. On-screen text: - ā€œPick location, budget, timelineā€ - ā€œMatched to one property companyā€ - ā€œNo obligationā€ CTA: Start your 60-second match with Property Pete.

Thank you, @Billy Robinson. I'll test this out!
Re: Spending 2.5k to get started
Hi @Billy Robinson, hope you are well. Just a little clarification on the £2.5k starting budget you mentioned. Is this amount split between tools/systems and advertising spend for generating both client acquisition and vertical testing leads? I have some questions about the vertical testing part: 1. When generating test leads for your vertical, is this primarily to prove the lead generation is viable before approaching clients? 2. Do you ever provide free sample leads to prospective buyers as part of your sales process? I know the standard advice in PPL is "get paid upfront," but I think I may have lost a significant deal by refusing to provide samples. In my niche (UK property investment), larger buyers seem to expect sample batches for quality testing, and I'm seeing other providers willing to accommodate this. I had a conversation with a major buyer on LinkedIn who said they'd purchase 50-100 leads daily if quality checks out, but they wanted to test a sample batch first. They presented this as standard industry practice. A contract like that could be worth £1M+ annually. My question: In your experience, is there ever a strategic case for providing paid sample batches (say 20-25 leads at cost) to land enterprise-level buyers, or does this always lead down a problematic path? I'm trying to balance the PPL principle of getting paid upfront with the reality of how large buyers seem to operate in this vertical. If anyone else cares to chime in, feel free.

Thanks @Billy Robinson, When they first requested the sample batch, I asked about doing a net 7. His response was that he'd have to pay for the leads if they're no good, so wouldn't be happy with that. The door might still be opened. Just need to sort out some technicals and run some ads, then hit them up again.

Hi @Sterling Matheson, I don't know much about the med spa niche, but insurance is pretty big and can be national, as opposed to dentists, which are more of a local niche.
Anyone using vibe coding tools to build their landing pages?
Lately I’ve been messing around with Loveable to build landing pages, has anyone tried anything similar.? And if so, what’s your experience been like with it?

Nice @Ashraf Nayeem . I’ve built a couple of calculators and a mini-site with Lovable.l actually prefer it to normal landing page builders at the moment. I’ve seen the improvements and kinda see the direction they’re going in.
