📌 Day 1 ⭐ Goal: $15k /mo ✅ Current Income: $550 /mo summary💬 im restructuring my agency. over the past 9 months ive been hovering around the $5k/mo mark, but ive struggled to scale because of client complexity. every client wants something different, which pulls my focus in too many directions. after a lot of calls with other agency owners, i kept hearing the same advice: tre, you need to charge more and specialize in one thing. because of that, ive stopped working with two clients. they made up a large portion of my monthly revenue, this has opened the door to focusing on one client instead of many. my one thing is newsletters. my system revolves around automation, which plays a huge role in making this scalable. why restructure? over the past few months ive intentionally selected clients that helped me build skills in automation, top of funnel marketing, ig story ads, newsletters, email marketing, email automation, scriptwriting, paid ads, and manychat automation. while im not an expert in all of these, i now have a strong foundation and clear benchmark kpis to aim for. if something breaks or needs improvement, i can adjust it myself without relying on others. over the coming months, my team will consist of a video editor, an automator if i cant take everything on, a paid ads specialist, and an smm. habits will be tracked daily each morning based on the previous day. pricing is also changing. i will now charge $5k per month instead of $2k to $4k. with a much more repeatable system. over the next 30 days i will be building in public on my x account check it out here heres my 2025 retrospective for those that didnt read
