📌 Day 5/6 ⭐ Goal: $15k /mo ✅ Current Income: $4,550 /mo +30 % rev what got done today · linkedin post went out · took care of some client work · newsletter published · email sequence drafted · some back and forth with a video editor · some back and forth social media manager overview spent sunday with some fam/friends been going pretty hard past week so felt it was a good idea to pump the breaks. also was nice got to hit the gym with my pops and he gave me a hard time on hitting $8k /mo ceiling LOL. monday came around and im finding that sunday ritual is key to crushing the upcoming week. really need to spend a small chunk of time tracking content growth, gym lifts, finances, and any other client metrics that are important. i would say thats a big bottle neck of mine right now, theres a ton of metrics to track but which are the most important? im referring to newsletters | social media | finances ive been speaking with finance guy for a bit and hes built me out a pretty sweet finance tracker (part of where i spent time on sunday) im gonna attatch it on slide 4 took inspo from sam ovens. im big on tracking metrics yes but the right ones, i want it as simple as possible. any advice on metric tracking would be awesome!

Hey everyone, monthly revenue: $4,550 + 30% rev share Over the past few months, I’ve been rethinking how I structure my agency because I had a hard time scaling and typically hit a ceiling of $6k to $8k per month. The main problems were: 1. I didn’t charge enough. 2. I spread myself too thin by saying yes to any project that came my way. I dropped my two clients and decided to stick with one $550 per month client, which was a bit of a risk. However, it has paid off. This is a client I previously worked with who likes the direction I’m going in and needs help with the following (see below) job summary newsletter, manychat automation, n8n chatbot via IG, email marketing, SMM, GHL (email flows) p.s. im a newsletter guy but the following ^ is a big part of pushing traffic from TOF over to a founders email list (check mine out here https://treheart.com/) advice · utilize your existing network something as simple as "hi [name] i do x thing know anyone interested" yes its that simple. · be careful not dumping excessive amounts of time into content its like building a second business. its not easy, and you dont wanna half ass it · do your upwork apps please · if you dont know what to do (do more upwork apps) · reach out to ppl a few steps ahead of you (the network inside here is absurd use it) outreach method: existing network

just closed a calisthenics coach $500 set up + 30% comission. He is already making 8k/mo. whilst booking 5 appointments/mo. (50% close rate) We will book him 5 appointments/day It's gonna be an amazing year! I also feel like I did a really good job on a call, we had a nice pattern interrupt (did some calisthenics skills on the call) I handled his objections, reassured him and hyped him up.
