Hey everyone, monthly revenue: $4,550 + 30% rev share Over the past few months, I’ve been rethinking how I structure my agency because I had a hard time scaling and typically hit a ceiling of $6k to $8k per month. The main problems were: 1. I didn’t charge enough. 2. I spread myself too thin by saying yes to any project that came my way. I dropped my two clients and decided to stick with one $550 per month client, which was a bit of a risk. However, it has paid off.
