📌 Day 79 ⭐ Goal: $15k /mo ✅ Current Revenue: $1,950 /mo overview Parents came down to visit today they're looking for a new place, so I spent most of the day with them. Not a ton got done but I still managed to finish up the new client's project and knock out some IG outreach. Sent 30 messages got about 4 conversations going. Also followed up with a hot lead I had a call with earlier this week. Considered waiting until Monday, but figured why not just shoot over some value now.

📌 Day 78 ⭐ Goal: $15k /mo ✅ Current Revenue: $1,950 /mo overview worked on new client gig today just to get it out the way so my weekend time was free to work. not too many crazy things went down. those calls ive had are also not just goners, im still sending value still gonna push one of em to book another call. think i can close them. not a complete waste of time by any means

📌 Day 76 ⭐ Goal: $15k /mo ✅ Current Revenue: $1,500 /mo overview Prospect Update Still in communication but he's pushed the call to later this week. Reading the signals — likely a dead lead. Moving on mentally but leaving the door open. System Tweaks - Adjusted calendar view from 3-day to 4–7 day window - Added a redirect thank-you page that addresses common objections/questions upfront - Added qualifying questions rev, username, sms (maybe too much friction?) Instantly attaching metrics for reference. Volume is way too low right now I'd need more inboxes to scale sends, which is the plan. Sitting about 5% below KPI which tells me it's not just a volume issue the offer itself needs work. Offer fix been getting too much friction on calls. The service pitch had too many moving parts. Built out a tiered system now, all driving toward the same outcome. New offer is built around a specific quantifiable promise 2× income, 90-day timeframe, double risk reversal (don't pay if I don't deliver + free continuation until I do). Much cleaner to sell please criticize. Outreach shift was running a Dream 100 style approach for high value outreach (HVO) not converting the way I wanted. Shifting to permission based sending instead then sending HVO which is actually what's been working. I've got a personal brand running on IG and LinkedIn when prospects click through they should already be warm. The pattern I'm seeing in replies confirms it most respond with something like "curious about these newsletters/services tell me more" then I push to a call. Pipeline's moving just need to tighten the front end.

📌 Day 77 ⭐ Goal: $15k /mo ✅ Current Revenue: $1,950 /mo overview booking calls my outbound + inbound systems are working no question about it. the problem is my sales abilities. concerning it took this long for me to figure it out. ive really never had to go out and find clients most of the time its been inbound and or upwork. these are clients saying heres my problem, heres my money, i want you. now tables are turned im the one chasing a bit. so heres the breakdown - Not setting frame well enough. prospects are brain dumping problems and im cleaning the problems up (solving to many problem for them) - Skipping diagnostic not understanding their numbers well enough. there no emotional tie in. things like goals in next 12 months, how would life change if you hit that number - Diagnosed and prescribed for free. Sales isnt about adding value its. Make them realize Im the expert but dont solve problems for them on the call. - Gap not being created. I need to define where they are. define where they want to be. and position myself as the bridge. - being too picky although ive had some rough experiences with clients just simply not paying me enough. im turning down gigs because i know im worth more $$$ still feel this is a good decision just need to do the above better - never pitched this last prospect specifically. no price stated. no offer stated. im avoiding selling... - overexplaining + not asking permission to explain the above is sadly the reality. painful to write but it is what is and needs to be fixed. i mean 0/11 calls i believe at this point. thats not too pretty (some we're just poor leads and i knew going in) but regardless I need minimum 20% close rate. funny we know the answers yet we don't take action lol brutal. honestly not enough sales calls imo 30 - 40 is where im thinkn close hits. this is a welcome to sales if you disagree with anything here let me hear it. or got any advice.

📌 Day 77 ⭐ Goal: $15k /mo ✅ Current Revenue: $1,950 /mo overview small client closed on $450 deal not the main project I want bit figured its easy project to fulfill so why not. outreach was not sent today saw some family from out of town + saw some friends from out of town today. Back to it tomorrow.
