📌 Day 3 ⭐ Goal: $15k /mo ✅ Current Income: $550 /mo what got done · segmented audience [cold] [warm] [hot] · IG story sequence playbook · email footer (for promos/collabs) · landing page that converts at 50% (testing w/ carrd) · email capture popup · new VSL ver. 1 for outreach (sent to editor) · new VSL ver. 2 for outreach (loom vid, no editor) bottlenecks · sourcing founders (for leads) · quiz funnel (how to send offers based on response) · sunsetflow (skool communites...) · manychat automation (n8n chatbot or sequence) overview got 4/6 responses over on upwork when I applied to gigs but they aren't exactly aligning with what i do. not going as planned need to pivot asap. talked with maxi about it but theres latency w/ outreach i think most of the learning will come w/ working with clients so im waiting to get back 2 VSL versions and ill get pushing on outreach.

📌 Day 2 ⭐ Goal: $15k /mo ✅ Current Income: $550 /mo building in public on my x account check it out here heres my 2025 retrospective for those that didnt read summary💬 logged 8 hours yesterday, submitted 6 upwork apps (i am very picky with the jobs i am applying to). i do not want to get involved in a project that does not align with agency work. going to be a shorter day today, have some friends from out of town, but going to push through (shooting for a 7 hour workday today). i am beginning to sop my mornings 😭 as i want to be as efficient as possible. my routine is currently: track social growth, track finances, accountability post, check calendar, set alarms for meetings, and then deep work. finding peace of mind knowing all i have to focus on is one task at a time, feeling very focused and less scattered, which was one of my goals for this year. time tracked for a week straight and found i spend a bit too much time switching from task to task. got all my social posts out yesterday (after 9 months of nothing). started building in public on x for even more accountability (i have mapped out my entire to do list), so there are no excuses. in other news, told my $550 /mo client "here is where i can add value to your biz, what are your thoughts?" so we have agreed to $800 /mo + 40% rev share. this client is my main focus. i want to drive serious growth for him. again, no reason i cannot deliver. the goal is for this client to see an roi of $3k to $5k from working with me, based on previous benchmark kpi's should have it in the bag.

📌 Day 1 ⭐ Goal: $15k /mo ✅ Current Income: $550 /mo summary💬 im restructuring my agency. over the past 9 months ive been hovering around the $5k/mo mark, but ive struggled to scale because of client complexity. every client wants something different, which pulls my focus in too many directions. after a lot of calls with other agency owners, i kept hearing the same advice: tre, you need to charge more and specialize in one thing. because of that, ive stopped working with two clients. they made up a large portion of my monthly revenue, this has opened the door to focusing on one client instead of many. my one thing is newsletters. my system revolves around automation, which plays a huge role in making this scalable. why restructure? over the past few months ive intentionally selected clients that helped me build skills in automation, top of funnel marketing, ig story ads, newsletters, email marketing, email automation, scriptwriting, paid ads, and manychat automation. while im not an expert in all of these, i now have a strong foundation and clear benchmark kpis to aim for. if something breaks or needs improvement, i can adjust it myself without relying on others. over the coming months, my team will consist of a video editor, an automator if i cant take everything on, a paid ads specialist, and an smm. habits will be tracked daily each morning based on the previous day. pricing is also changing. i will now charge $5k per month instead of $2k to $4k. with a much more repeatable system. over the next 30 days i will be building in public on my x account check it out here heres my 2025 retrospective for those that didnt read
