Need answer ASAP. Got another call! Huge client.
Suddenly, a few days ago, I got an new inbound lead through my Instagram and got on a call with her. How I felt during the call: I know I didnโt prepare myself that much, and the call felt confusing and I was panicking when she ask about the price because honestly I don't know what do offer and how I should price it. Things I need to improve immediately: 1) I should be clear about expectations. That should be the top priority when I get on a call like this. 2) I should ask her to walk me through her current setup and the flows she already has. 3) Pitch an offer with everything she need helps with, do not separate each thing into one because that what messed me up. --- Right now, I donโt really know that much about email deliverability and warming up, so kinda need your guidance on this @Tre Heart. I end up handling her email deliverability, post-call sequences and 3-4 newsletter email per week. Very important question @Tre Heart: She asked me to recommend a platform for sending out her emails between Kit and Instantly. She has around 20k leads and is very worried about deliverability. She doesnโt want her emails to land in Promotions. What do you think is the best platform for her? About deliverability, I know I need to check the domain health on Google Postmaster and write emails that create high open and reply rates, but other than that, I have no idea lol.
