📌 Day 40 ⭐ Goal: $15k /mo ✅ Current Revenue: $5,100 /mo +30 % rev overview its been 10% of the year so far pretty crazy to think about. as far as am i on track to hitting my goals still falling short. talked with my pops about this ceiling im at. i know if i wanted 8k to 10k a month its right around the corner and i feel pretty confident i could scale to that. but would the work be high quality? i took on a project too many these past few weeks and other clients effort was affected. its also a lot about poor prioritization. pops described the current state im in as building the ship as im sailing. you gotta kinda do both to figure it out and its just a stepping stone awkward growth stage. but stay consistent find those inputs and just keep hammering away and youll breakthrough. as far as what got done today maintenance managing email list content team threw up a linkedin post and an ig post. went to the dentist this am which kinda killed my morning but it happens. newsletters published and ive got to get my own newsletter out this week plus yt content. need to get back to the grind good things happen to me when im consistent posting. need to shift my lens from i dont want to post to posting gets me learning and researching and further educating myself on specific topics. maybe its copywriting setting up cold email campaign upwork updates etc. when i create content its almost like a quiz in school. i force myself to go that extra step and learn.

Was worried it might be serious, but it's already feeling better. Didn't catch much of the Super Bowl and glad I skipped it from what I heard. Spent time planning out the week and locked in my three main priorities. Pretty straightforward day overall.

📌 Day 38 ⭐ Goal: $15k /mo ✅ Current Revenue: $5,100 /mo +30 % rev overview pretty nice day today finally back to my setup so i had to clean up a bit. email reactivation campaign is done set up manychat sequence for client already built with another client previously and built some email systems for client. built out a landing page thats converting at 70% and initial email is 46% not too damn bad for first version. really just need to do revenue generating activities for this client hooking up my crm so he can track conversations via manychat and really start collecting $$$. my to do list is full right now need to start introducing the eisenhower matrix again which is just a fancy term for finding priorities. i do my best work in the am but im noticing ive been putting content and outreach first and all other projects get lower effort once 2pm hits may mean i just need to step away and hit the gym then. curious what others do to fight that 2pm slump coffee doesnt work for me just makes me anxious and gives me poor sleep. sometimes a 20 minute nap helps but other times i cant fall asleep. not a huge problem i usually just fight through but curious if anyone has any workarounds.

📌 Day 37 ⭐ Goal: $15k /mo ✅ Current Revenue: $5,100 /mo +30 % rev overview was an early morning took care of finishing out cursor and vercel project i was working on for client needed a landing page and this quiz automation for emails was a bit of a pain in the ass to figure out he wanted it pretty bougie has a good amount of bells and whistles felt nice learning some things and using some antigrav knowledge thanks miguel and n8n thanks nick dont know how else i would be navigating these recent projects without it really putting me in a different league other news feel much more in control this week i decided to speak to one of my clients regarding scope as there was some serious scope creep and unclear deliverables not something that i like happening and it was only for about a week where i took on more than what i should be compensated but all is good now much more aligned and focused

📌 Day 36 ⭐ Goal: $15k /mo ✅ Current Revenue: $5,100 /mo +30 % rev overview this has been one hell of a week added a few extra projects to my plate that took alot out of me some of which i didnt know how to do. that 50k email list has proven to be a bigger challenge than i had anticipated. it was a mess tags everywhere segments not setup no flows setup whatsoever and he wanted to track payments from linkclicks via stripe api. finally set it all up and finished out that $500 gig i picked up so finally feel i got a grip. emails are warmed plan to send sometime next week. vercel and cursor suck had a pretty big project for one of my clients need me to take care of some of that n8n email to stripe api integration. not the most fun was a bit technical. very long day pretty tired. im out!
