📌Day - 60 💰 MRR - $4k /mo + 10% rev share 🎯Goal - $10,000 🚩Bottleneck (s) - content research Day Notes This week has been a lot of work I'm out in NYC to meet up w/ client + for automation event. Never been here before and honestly this timing hasn't been great. Really been wanting to push content and obviously travel makes it pretty tough. Mostly just locking myself in cool coffee shops everyday and grinding from 6am - 5pm (then i explore a bit). Good news is I hit 700 followers on X [check it out here] X has proven to generate me a healthy amount of leads in the past so I'm taking a different approach and really gonna push for the next 30 days and evaluate. Besides that I also pushed out a YouTube video [check it out here] my personal brand is something thats been on pause for too long, but its really allowed me to learn a ton which is something i love doing. ^really one of the main reasons i even pursued my own agency (i learn quick by doing aka being in the arena) Working with a social media manager right now im gonna see how it goes. hes crushing so far important i train, sop, and really remove myself from his role. in terms of an ROI idk if will i see it this month. lots to teach/train on but i will say we are moving in the right direction and know long term i want this player on my team. Clients They are happy but ive made some mistakes that could have been preventable kinda bummed but it happens (very minor). Really want to avoid traveling to places i dont know. no time audit needed but i know its killing my output (really wanted to see this event, i know i wont regret it) possible biz opportunites as well. Upcoming Plans - 1,000 followers on X and evaluate traffic, lead quality, etc (may be asking why are you posting on X well my ICP hangs out here mostly) i dont recommend for generating leads however i have fair amount of experience on the platform and confident i can at the very least book a few calls - 3 youtube videos per week (may need to alter this but really want to push myself to find a system that works smoothly but again i need to be back home to film) - 5 ig vids per week (again really want to push my expertise in automation/newsletters) this is the best way in my experience

these past few days, I've been consistently hitting all my outreach numbers. But what I was struggling with, is putting out that 1 piece of content. for me, the hardest thing is finding the format. I spent an entire hour one evening, recording a video, deleting, trying again, and so on. at the end, was left with a sore throat, and the attempts? even if I would've gotten my idea 'right', the video would've turned out bad, more like an evergreen video, rather an instagram reel. I'll try my best to focus for tomorrow and finally put it out. Sucks to be writing this... But it's always the first step that is the hardest. Once I gain momentum along the way, I know I'll be doing amazingly well. God bless you all

Day 3 & 4 [Accountability]
Today and yesterday, I was busy but not work busy. I had a few things come up, and today I had an appointment for something, and that took all day, really. So I didn't make much progress today or yesterday. Tomorrow I'm going to do a few hours of outreach to test the waters. I also need to decide exactly what I "specialise in" or the main thing that I can provide for my clients. I know it's along the lines of social media management, copywriting, automations, and maybe running ad campaigns too, etc.

📌Day - 56 💰 MRR - $4k /mo + 10% rev share 🎯Goal - $10,000 🚩Bottleneck (s) - time (spending too much time on clients) Day Notes Been a grind this week. Took a bit of a reset day today, and I got sick recently, so I’m still in recovery mode. Days have pretty much been content -> client work -> building SOPs. Revamped newsletter is in the pipeline I’ve got a build inmpublic concept mapped out and I’m getting ready to get back on YouTube by mid December. I’ve also been putting in time figuring out what the North Star actually is. Spent the past few months really skill stacking sales, top of funnel marketing, automation, all of it. Now it’s time to run in one direction based on what I know is working. The system that generates ROI has been a long work in progress but I’m finally starting to see results.
