Yo @Tre Heart Currently at day 2 (I started it yesterday even if it was day 1) and got done the Upwork profile and Onboardin Process that I already shared in order to get it roasted. The only thing is still unsolved is CRM, I don't really get how it works because I've never used one and other than the CRM itself there ain't no guide on how to use it. Moreover, if I'm not wrong, there should be a new CRM for us Premium Members that was shown on the call two weeks ago (I missed it) and how can I get it if it is the one I should be using?

If a job asks for experience in a software like Kajabi (like in the screenshot) and I haven’t used it before, should I still go for it or pass?

I wanted to a question to you from my cousin, he’s also into business, and this question also interests me, and you said you may know what to do in this case (i think you’re dealing with a similar one right now): My client sells imported supplements and health-related products on Facebook, and their page has effectively been banned. They were running Facebook ads consistently for about two years, then stopped entirely in order to rethink and rebrand. After roughly six months of no posting or advertising, the page was suddenly wiped — all posts, descriptions, and page information disappeared. The only thing left is the follower count. It’s now essentially an empty page, as if nothing was ever posted. They already tried appealing the decision, but without success. I’m trying to understand whether: There are alternative ways to get the page unbanned It’s possible to retrieve the previously published content (even just for reuse in the future) Or if the smartest move at this point is to abandon it and start a completely new page?

@Tre Heart They do say in the description that they are looking for someone with a good hourly rate, but what hourly rate would you recommend for a job like this? I know there is not much info about it in the description but I just want an estimate. I don't want to send proposals with too high of an hourly rate and reduce my chances of landing the deal. @Tre Heart With a job like this, where many people have already submitted proposals, would you still recommend applying? I can see that they are currently interviewing six candidates, have sent 20 invitations, and have 12 that haven’t been answered yet. It seems likely they may find a suitable candidate from the six they’re already interviewing, so the chances might be low.
