Being honest the polling here does not represent how I am operating; I am a project manager for renovations on properties that either my company has purchased, or undertaking a Buy- reno- Sell through Joint Venture Agreements with Partners, or the Vendor selling their property. My Goals for my company is now to upscale and do more Deals simultanously. Currently adding to my network of like minded property Investors, and potential clients to upscale the company. I am working closely with 1 particualy Real Estate agent whom is discussing the idea of a JV with his vendors to work with my company to undertake renovations and then he sells the property.

@Douglas Nielsen negative , i am however a member of a property mentoring group that gave me the education on various property stratergies , i just chose to stick to renovations.

With my business model it had been issues with trade in particular not a client , and mistakes made from my behalf of not checking recieved products, wrong materials installed on a scope of work within house , As mentioned in this video, we took ownership and still paid the trade original quote and extra for the time taken to replace with correct materials

Business model is directly working with REA to sign new client through a JV option to then sell property, expansion to other fields in the future with scaling up.
