Hey guys, We just released a video on Insta about knowing your conversion rates. Just curious on whether or not you guys track yours overall or if you have it broken down by lead source. Is this something that you would like us to explore more?

Just released an insta reel about how a $30 sign generated close to seven figures. I walked onto a site years ago and noticed our builder sign was chucked next to the skip bin. So I went and pulled a lead that originally came from a sign and mapped the referral tree, one customer referred another, who referred another, and so on. Close to seven figures from a single $30 sign. Went back to the guys on site and showed them. After that, it became a process. Every single job, sign installed correctly. Neighbours walking past, people in the area seeing it. That's how it compounds. What are you guys doing for local area marketing right now? Signs, vehicle wraps, anything else that's working?
