Something that never moves now.
So cleaned the kitchen yesterday and put the scale away. Then made lunch and pulled it out. Then out again for dinner. This morning decided it was just staying out. I guessed on my coffee creamer and poured in double the serving.

Here is how I would order this for fat loss.
One of my favourite places to eat out is the Cactus Club. I would almost always opt for the blackened creole chicken. As you can see it’s super high in fat. So I would alter this meal by not getting the creole butter on the chicken, adding a plain shrimp skewer for added protein, skipping the mashed potatoes all together, and getting double the steamed veggies.

Ok so I’ve been feeling bad about me neglecting my program. I had gallbladder surgery Monday. That being said, I have been a very unenthusiastic Mob member. I got on the scale today to log my progress thinking it was going to be bad. Well I am down 10 lbs!! I’m 149 and I haven’t been this low in like 25 years!! I have a new attitude and am totally out of my slump!!! Thanks for listening Mob!! You MotherFuckers are the best!!!

Small victories
Took my daughter out for her birthday dinner, she wanted Baton Rouge a nice rib place. I usually took ribs and fries or chicken and ribs, MFP told me that’s 1700+ calories… got the steak with rice and veg, was very good and 750 calories!! I had banked more than enough throughout the day…win!
That’s awesome!
