Hello Macro Mob! Just completed my first workout a few hours ago. Feeling good but also wiped out. I haven’t lifted in like 2 years. Suggestions?

Keep yourself hydrated and well rested . Stretching is a must. And your energy levels will come back up after awhile once your body starts releasing your stress and adrenaline hormones. Hang in there and keep showing up!!! 🙏 youre killing it! ❤️💪
