This was the best advice given to me a few years ago when my finances were in a very dark place. It gave me freedom to pay for the "Have tos" but also feel like I could save for fun

THIS Changed My Core For Good
I could do all the "hard" core exercises. But I felt weak. I peed myself when I coughed or ran. My lower pooch persisted. It wasn't until I understood how the Pelvic Floor (this big group of muscles we don't see or appreciate) help the CORE move, feel and LIVE more BEST! Check the calendar because we're going live tomorrow March 24 to talk about the awkward, unknown and uncomfortable. If you can't join live make sure to register to get the replay!
