💥 Let's talk about what you're REALLY getting as a Premium Member
Hiring a Holistic Health & Nutrition Coach on your own? That'll run you about $300 per session. Most coaches require a minimum package — so you're looking at up to $1,500/month just to get personalized guidance on what you're eating and how it's affecting your body. Need a Money Management Expert? Private financial coaching $400 per session. And that's before you even get a real plan in place. Many women spend $2,000+ just to get started. What about a Physical Therapist who actually understands the female body over 40? A single PT session costs around $350 out of pocket. Weekly sessions? You're easily spending around $1,400/month — and that's for ONE therapist, not two. Let's add that up. 🔴 Holistic Health & Nutrition Coach → up to $1,500/month 🔴 Money Management Expert → up to $2,000/month 🔴 2 Physical Therapists (women's fitness 40+) → up to $2,800/month That's hitting $6,300/month — or $75,600 a year — in expert guidance for Nutrition, Money Management, and Fitness. Inside the Selfcare Wellness Society? You get ALL of that for $12 a month or $130/year and you get a great discount on our products on Gumroad. 🙌 No hourly rates. No packages. No gatekeeping. Just real experts, real advice, and a community of women who are DONE putting themselves last. If you haven't introduced yourself yet — drop a 👋 below. You made a great investment in yourself. Meet Mae Dean Erb - 82 yr old does 5k ... 2000 days in a row!
On Oct. 16, 2025, 82-year-old Cherokee Citizen Mae Dean Erb hit an incredible milestone, walking or running a 5k daily for 2,000 days in a row. No excuses. No “it’s too cold.” No “maybe tomorrow.” Just a quiet, powerful decision to move forward literally and figuratively. And here’s what really got me: Mae didn’t do it to break records or get a trophy. She did it to stay connected to her health, her spirit, and her why. It reminded me how deeply personal wellness really is. It’s not about what anyone else is doing—it’s about showing up for you. So maybe you’re not lacing up for a 5K today (no pressure). But maybe you walk around the block. Drink more water. Take five minutes to stretch. Or just breathe. And maybe you remember Mae when you need a little push.

Not Magic…Just A Tiny Morning Shift✨
This morning, I stood by the window, coffee in hand, and said out loud: "I am a beacon of light and positivity." Now, did the clouds immediately part and angels start singing? Nope. (Though the neighbor's dog did bark at me like I was onto something good.) But what did happen was more subtle...and honestly, more powerful. I smiled. I stood a little taller. And I felt a little lighter walking into my day. It reminded me of something we shared this week: When you start your morning by affirming the light inside you, you set the tone — for your day and your weekend. Want to take it a step further? I’m giving myself a mini challenge this weekend: 10 minutes a day using the cordless jump rope. A small act of kindness like writing a kind note or planting something pretty outside. These little things don’t just make a day better. They ripple outward and fuel everything. If you want to join me (and I hope you do!), it starts with one small YES to yourself.

Put down the phone. Pick up a book. Here's how. 📵📖
Building a reading habit after years of doom scrolling means basically retraining your brain from scratch. You will have to force yourself a little at first ... don't worry, that's completely normal. 😅 Think of it like a muscle. Start small! Five pages or ten minutes a day is a legit goal. 💪 Reading around the same time each day helps a lot too. I don't touch my phone for the first hour of the morning (not even to check the time), so that block naturally becomes my reading time. Find your low-phone window and claim it. Most importantly, read books you're actually excited about. ✨ This is a hobby, not homework. Give yourself the grace to unlearn the habit of finishing books you hate...just to say you read them. Yes, I was like that once 🤪 There are too many great books out there to waste time on something you don't vibe with. Put it down, no guilt, move on. When you're genuinely excited to open the cover every day, the habit builds itself. 🙌 What are you reading right now, or what have you been meaning to start? Drop it below! 👇
What a fabulous weekend!
We had great weather here - sunshine and warm and low humidity. I thoroughly enjoyed downtime outdoors...walking and reading and meeting up with a friend for coffee. Decided today to relax this morning and take care of admin business things before I jumped in here to say Hi! And ask you to share how your weekend went. Or, if you like, to ask a question or request guidance on something. Remember, we're here for YOU 😊
